I went in cause my phone was having issues and was way to big and I found Julia came back to metro I decided to buy a phone from her she transferred all my stuff and made sure I was okay she is always so pleasent to talk to when I go into metro I know I will be taking care of if she there I highly suggest going to see her.

Had a real problem with cell and I take it the person on duty may have been a manager but nevertheless he solved the issue in 15 minutes and I was on my way.

I went into the store because my internet all of a sudden was dragging they referred me to 611... 611 got it up and working a little bit better ...I am still not at 100%. I don't even feel like calling them againMetro switched me to another towerhowever the same thing happened last year when all the snowbirds came down and the towers could be overwhelmed... That's just my opinion and seems to make sense because in the summer I had absolutely excellent internet with no issuesNot sure what to do with this point

Great customer service, the manager at this location always go above and beyond. I recently port my number from Verizon and the experience at this location was fabulous.

I returned to T-Mobile after a bad experience with CricketThis is a newer location where I purchased all the devices that I needed! I am very happy with their customer service. The staff is more than eager to help and they are very friendly!

So after leaving one store that used sales tactics to lie about nobody else in the area having the phone we wanted, we came here, and got the phone we wanted..... HOWEVER, I don't like being lied to or misled. Be straight with me. Don't add products in the total that YOU want me to buy and say it's included. Then tell me it only added $10 for the case when I question it, when it actually added $20... then act surprised when it was obvious you were trying to mislead me the whole time. When a customer says they don't want something, don't try to outsmart them by adding it in and saying it's a promotion. Thank God I went over the promotion at the previous store so I already knew it was $20 for the case. Who knows how many people they get with that slimy sakes tactic. ASK QUESTIONS. DON'T LET THEM ADD S*IT YOU DON'T WANT.
