Took my car in recently. It barely moved from a stop at a red light or a stop sign and once it was moving that's when all off a sudden it hurry up to speed. They didn't test drive it and said there was nothing wrong with it and then it seemed like they got mad when I said that there's something wrong with it and then came back and said it's the belt and I spent over a hundred dollars for a new belt to be put on and then once I got it back and was driving to a interview the check engine light came on and the whole car barely moves and refuses to move in drive or any other gears and I have to put it in park and shut off the car and turn it back to get it to move like one or two feet before it does it again and when I shut it off it didn't want to restart. So how can you say nothing is wrong with a vehicle if you don't test drive it to see something is clearly wrong with it. Now I am out of the money for the belt and with a car that's been sitting in my front yard ever since because now it can't leave my front yard under its own power and I don't have the money to fix it because i lost 2 jobs due to the fact that apparently they can't figure out what's wrong with it to fix it. I been a loyal customer for years and you would think a shop would check into it more seeing that it's a loyal customer.

stay away, first off you can immediately get a sense as soon as you walk in they are going to try and scam you. Took my wife's car to get new brakes, when all was said and done engine light went on along with tire lights. Took it back a couple times to see if they can figure out the problem, they said there was nothing wrong with it. Not looking restitution knowing they're going to post below either trying to defend their actions or have me reach out to them. Don't!! fall! for that!! Stay away, you go for an Oil change, you'll leave with massive depth for other un needed items to be fixed. Unless you know better, but even if you say no...you car may keep acting up EVEN if you dont do the work they are saying you need.

Never again. Had a hard brake pedal issue and brought it in on a Monday at 8 30 am. They checked it and said I need a new booster. Part will be there around 11 or 12. I receive a call at 3 pm- the part wasn't delivered. It'll be done tomorrow. Ok. Next day I get a call again at 3 pm - car is done $800 OH and by the way we noticed antifreeze leaking from your radiator. It's cracked. That ll be another $800. Funny it wasn't leaking when I bought it in. No antifreeze on my garage floor. I ve used them before but not anymore. NO THANKS.

I don't recommend anyone take there truck here, I was sitting in parking lot waiting on my husband truck to get done yesterday, I observed one of there mechanics open my husband truck tool box ( for what ) and look all in there, then go to back of truck lift cooler lid and look not once but twice, this is supposed to be a place we trust are vehicles with, The tool box is full of Dwalt tools, obviously this isn't the 1st truck they snooped through. We now will have to go all through make sure everything is there, we didn't yesterday due to my husband is very sick, And I don't know what all is in there.. Customers just be ware .. Now today myThermost is stuck and my truck is over heating, this was the part they supposed fixed when there mechanic was going through my stuff, called store to tell them ,And they said they don't Feel comfortable working on my truck because I reported them for their mechanic. Going through my personal belongings in my truck, so I was trying to ask them for the paperwork. And he rudely hung up on me. This is not how we do business, but I'm contacting an attorney. So just for everyone to know, your parts. Probably may not be being replaced, because this is the second part that only lasted 3 weeks to a month. And now it's bad again, and they're refusing to rework on my vehicle.

So I had such a bad experience at tire kingdom & ended up coming to midas to finish the rest of my services, I highly recommend coming here ! They were so honest & really professional, I will absolutely be coming here for anything else I may need in the future !

I came from Georgia to Zephyrhills to watch my grandson play t-ball. On the way down we noticed a vibration from the front-end that became considerably worse the closer we got to Zephyrhills. I started looking for a shop to check it out. The first tire shop we stopped at recommended the Midas store. I came into the store and was greeted professionally, and they listened to my description of the problem. They also listened as I explained I was from six hours away and would be heading home in a few hours. They were slammed, but told me they would get it on the rack and check it out as soon as possible. In less than an hour they had diagnosed the repair and given me an estimate. They told me what was critical and was not. I asked how long, they said two to three hours, I gave the ok. They completed the repair sooner than they estimated and looked for every discount they could offer me. The ride home was so nice, no more bouncing and noise, and I didn't have to worry about getting stuck on the interstate in the middle of the night. Midas could have said they were to busy on a Saturday, or they didn't have time to work me in, but they didn't they listened and made our day so much better. Great job guys.

I don't usually give out 5 stars on reviews unless you WOW me, but this location is very honest, respectful, & has great customer service. They tell you exactly what's wrong & how much it will be to complete the service. They are also very honest about everything that needs to be done on the vehicle and seem to enjoy their work. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a car service to be completed. Thank you, Joey!

Joey/Jim and all the guys are always professional and explain in great detail the work to be done. Prices are fair also. I never leave feeling taken advantage of. Great experience everytime I go to the Zephyrhills location on Gall Blvd.
