First time customer. Came with husband for pedicures, noticed staff not using sterile tools such as nail clippers, side cutters. Attempted to ask worker for sterile tools, she did not understand what I was asking. Communication was very limited, finally 1 male was able to assist with translating. Used unsterile heel scrubber, would not have used sterile tools if I would not have insisted. Due to poor hygiene, lack of sterile tool use, difficultly with Communication and very messy work areas,
would not recommend services here.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this place. Tools are not clean and several employees have no clue what they are doing yet they are allowed to work on customers. I when back to express dissatisfaction to the owner he told me to shush. He agreed they had someone unqualified work on my nails. I went day after Thanksgiving and nails are still in a terrible condition. I recommend you look elsewhere for nail services if you value your hands and feet.

Horrible customer service. The man was so nasty and try to up charge. Would get 0 star.

I love their work, but I am concerned about how they clean the equipment. I watched as they lightly sprayed everything with alcohol and proceeded you use the equipment from customer to customer. No soap, water, or other disinfectant just a couple sprays of alcohol no friction to clean debris. I suggest bringing your own manicure pedicure kit to trim or cut your nails.

Beware. Posting on behalf of Lisa Shirley. Nail on big toe was cut deeply on the side, causing an injury that became infected. This is now requiring a doctor’s care and antibiotics so that hopefully the toe isn’t lost. This was completely unacceptable and avoidable. Go here at your own risk.

This has become my favorite nail salon in Florida. I just moved to the state and tried different locations and this by far is my favorite. The salon is beautiful, Tammy is wonderful and nails came out amazing, thank you!
