Went in for a fill and they were so kind and sweet. You can tell this is a family operation and they were very attentive to me. I had picked out a design for my nails and he checked with me multiple times during the process to make sure I was happy with the length, shape, color, and design. Even got a shoulder and hand massage at the end + they have a punch card for visits! Highly recommend!

AMAZING FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE. I was there for a pedicure only. I didn’t have to wait long and they let me wait in the massage chair. The service was quick and really great! My toes look great! They were also kid friendly. I had one with me and someone else had one there as well. The price was also very reasonable! 10/10 would recommend!

Great pedicure, free chair massage while you're drying (can purchase longer as well) plus the massage chair during the pedicure. Free drinks and chips and cookies and candy. Friendly staff and clean salon.

Place was not busy on a Saturday afternoon, got right in. Had excellent recommendations from the nail artist. Ended up with amazing results that are going to go great with my ninja turtle Halloween costume! I definitely will be back.

I visited Nails VIP a few days ago for a gel manicure and pedicure, and I must say the service was very basic. They simply filed down my nails, which surprised me, especially when they used the file to remove the gel from my toenails instead of using the typical remover and foil method that most salons use. The technician was very serious, and the overall atmosphere was far from friendly. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted coldly, and it's even worse if you decline their special packages like massages or hot stones.
Unfortunately, my nails ended up extremely thin and weak because instead of using acetone to remove some old polish on my nails, they just filed it off. It seems like the level of service you receive depends on how much you're willing to spend. This experience wasn’t cheap either—$100 plus a 20% tip, only to damage my nails. To make matters worse, the gel on my hands has already started peeling after just a few days.

Andy goes above and beyond. He does a great job on my nails and pedicure and gives a fantastic massage. The new shop is spacious and clean and there are tons of products to choose from.
