Norm and Son’s to the rescue AGAIN! Have lived in Zephyrhills for 2 years and they have worked on our 2 cars! They diagnosed an issue with one car that no one could figure out and fixed it once and for all. One time I had a tail light out and stopped in right before they closed. One of their mechanics drove to get the proper replacement light and popped it in quickly and charged me just a few dollars. Today, my wife’s car was running hot and the A/C was cutting out. She left work as a home health worker and headed straight to the shop. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than a few hours and it was a more than a reasonable cost for the repair. I’m certain, that had we gone elsewhere, we’d be facing expensive, un-necessary repairs. Norm & Sons is honest and reliable and we thank them for all that they do!

Great service. Was able to be seen same day I called. I'm a repeat customer because they always take great care of my car. Prices are reasonable. If they can't repair your car they will tell you. No up sales or unexpected expenses!!

Great customer service. Friendly and honest. I dropped my car off for tires and they called within an hour and told me my car was done. I've never got my car back for anything that fast. I definitely recommend and will be bring my other cars in.

The Zephyrhills community needs to know the facts about this place . And the parts they are using for the community of Zephyrhills and their vehicles. They claim to be honest and for the community. . So hear my story I had a part replaced in my car wich was not cheap around 800.00 it faltered a few months later that was supposed to be a 80,000mile part . So I did the natural this a had them do the honest thing and own up to their mistake and replace it . Like honest people do . They said nothing was wrong with the part. So I got 4 different opinions andlusion. The part was bad and they still charged me all. Four places had the same conclusion. The part was bad. . Is this place hurting for money so badly .they are doing faulty work with bad parts and chaging the people of Zephyrhills for the full service with the work not being done the correct way. . . I am just warning the Zephyrhills community to watch their money it will be stolen from this place with no remorse they should be ashamed for what they have done. Stealing money from the hard work community of Zephyrhills.

They are amazing. We were in the area for a quick trip and having trouble with our battery. They did a quick check, and fix, until we have the time to fully fix the issue. Wonderful people!!
