My refrigerator wasn’t cooling, so I called another company first, but they just checked it and never came back to fix it. I then called Perfect Appliance Repair Tampa and left a message explaining my situation. Within a few minutes, Mark called me back and said someone could be there in about an hour. I was surprised at how fast he arrived. He was very honest, explained exactly what the problem was, fixed it right away, and my refrigerator has been working great ever since. I waited a while to leave this review to make sure it kept working, and it has. Mark saved me from having to buy a new refrigerator. Excellent and honest service. 100% recommend Perfect Appliance Repair Tampa!

Came in and left just as fast as he could. I think he thought I didn't have money to pay for the repair. Before evaluating he told me to get a new washer. It is a brand new washer. Then he back peddled and started talking about Fees.No that's ok we will get someone on the job who actually wants the work!

Yes I called Mark and he came next morning at 8 am as LG refrigerator quit working lost all of our food in refrigerator and freezer. We purchased this refrigerator new in 2016 when mom bought house not sure where from but I think Lowe’s. The compressor quit working June 2020 and was still under manufacture warranty and now it happened again July 2025. Mark had all parts with him took about 2 hours to replace new compressor. He very professional and even let me clean behind refrigerator as had not moved it since we bought house. We also had to get new ice maker January 2025. We are only here 6 months a year as we are snowbirds. I had called LG Corporate but wanted credit card first to charge $458.00 before lady to give me LG repairman. I called my brother and he gave me Mark’s number and like I said got appt next morning 8 am. We will hire Mark in future for all of our appliances.

Mark from Perfect Appliance Repair Tampa came to our house to fix our oven after it stopped working due to Hurricane Milton. He was incredibly polite, calm, and centered throughout the entire process. The price was fair, and we truly appreciated all the effort he put into ordering the part and keeping us updated every step of the way. Mark was always available, responsive, and kind. I have used Mark on 2 separate occasions so far First to repair my subzero wine fridge with refrigerator drawers and most recently my samsung dryer. He is extremely responsive, communicates well so you are not left waiting all day to see if he will arrive. He is thorough and methodical in his assessment of the problem and explains what needs to be replaced and why. Repairs are completed quickly and his pricing is fair. I am happy to have a go to company for repairs

The owner, Mark, was the one who completed our job. He was very knowledgable and fast - he was able to diagnose the issue quickly - we ordered parts and he came that afternoon to make sure we were up an running again. Would highly recommend them for any appliance repair!

Mark was excellent. We had a leak in our LG Washer and he was able to diagnose the issue quickly. The part needed required to be shipped from the manufacturer, he was able to give us a temporary fix until the part came in so we could keep up with our laundry without the leak. The part came in and he promptly scheduled time to come back to install it. No monkey business, honest, charged us what he initially quoted and was very professional. This kind of service is rare to find, will happily use him again. Highly recommend!
