They took great care of my precious Bella Luna. She was spayed, received a heartworm test, ears cleaned, nails clipped and got her ears cleaned all for $179. There was an additional charge of $25 because unknown to me, she was in heat. I recommend this place highly.

They are cheaper then other vets and they are very thorough and professional. I'd recommend all to at least try them out.

OMG, thank you everyone for helping my baby. They immediately took him into surgery knowing that it was a true emergency. The first vet I took him to wanted $1500 for his surgery. Planned Pethood charged $200. He is already back to normal and thriving, not even two days later. Thank you for not wanting to profit from people's desperation on trying to help their fur babies.

Courtney was so very friendly and helpful with my vocal and excited 100 pound puppy in the lobby. She came right out, greeted him and myself by name and took him back and assured me everything will be ok. My poor Bruce was having a severe allergic reaction I discovered during my lunch break and I panicked and checked in at 12:30PM and I was out in a very timely manner without having to spend more than I could afford for an urgent visit. Natasha was very explanatory with the care plan and the follow up instructions. I am very grateful for planned pet hood! Thank you team!

This place is a Absolute joke I took my dog it there that Could not Barely move they said it would be 35$ to take a look ok sound like a good deal then they say we need to run Cancer test that cost 45$ ok come back Negative. Now we need to run xrays witch are 180 but he will not let us do it So we have to sedate him cost 75$ I said fine. They're diagnosis Oh he ate some He needs emergency surgery or he's going to die cost 975$ I ask what was the Result of the x rays there Response we won't know for 4 hours but if you pay 100$ more right now we can get them in 10 mins. I ask is there anyway I cam make pmts and put half down and pay the other half in 2 weeks because I don't want to loose my dog and i dont have all right now they said NO.on the Counter they have 2 jars full of money where people Donated for People that can't pay for there bills all the money I think they just keep it themselves so i paid 450$ that day then i ask what was the Result of the xrays They told me we won't know We send them off to get analyzed. When then how do you know he needs Emergency surgery? No response For a nonprofit organization, they do not care about your pets.They only care about the dollar FYI 2 days later he passed away I have 2 more dogs.I will never go back to this place. And never got to see the Veterinarian Ask any questions to them Or was able To go back with my animal While they look at him I don't think they did anything.

Overall the care is good. Prices are lower than a regular vet but be prepared to be there for hours. This is generally what is to be expected because of how many people use this clinic and it is on a walk in bases. Will use them again.

My friend took her sick cat today ,my friend is on fix income they at first told her that they would work with her then told her the amount was 450.00 needed to pay it today she didn't have it .they told her that they can keep her cat they have that right then the Manger change her mind .Didn't give her the medicine for her cat . But my friend is band for going in ..wow and she was going to donate cat food ..how can you not give a sick animal medicine .

Unreliable! Drove almost an hour to this clinic for it to be closed 4 hours early with no notice on the website or facebook. WASTE of gas and WASTE of time
