I use to love Publix pharmacy because they were very nice and good on refilling medications. But I recently had a bad experience where my partner put in a refill for his very important medication and they didn't fill it. He had to call them a day before he ran out for them to actually refill it even though he requested a refill on the app. When I went to pick up the medication they told me he had put in the refill request too early so they did not fill it, but they did not tell him that it was too early or even notify him that they would not fill it. Mind you, his other medication was filled weeks before he needed it so I don't understand what the issue was. He did not have this issue at CVS so we will probably switch back. I am very disappointed with this pharmacy. The boy working the register was very nice and I did not want to be rude to him but the actual pharmacist was very unhelpful and condescending. I would also like to note this was my partners second time refilling this medicine so he was not made aware that there was a limit to how early he could request it as there was no issue last time.

I came to this pharmacy for the medication prescribed for my daughter with constipation and she was really needing it quickly. They told me to pick it up in an hour, I spent the entire time wandering around the store until the hour passed. I went to pick up my medicine and they told me 20 more minutes. Helooooooo

Publix use to have quality products produce is terrible at least 6 times I've brought rotten fruit to produce people so I stopped buying it from there tried again today grapes were rotten can't depend on anyone anymore

I was told my prescription would be ready Tuesday. It's now Wednesday and I was told it didn't come on the truck today. I've been on this medication for 30 years. I now haven't had it in 3 days. Hopefully I don't have any problems because of it. I will not renew or take anymore prescriptions here

I love this store and the employees are great. I like going to this Publix to get all my lottery and scratch off‘s as well. Granted I haven’t done well lately with any of the scratch off‘s, but that’s not their fault. They always have the things I need and they have unique prepared items, bakery goods that are fresh, and a nice selection of meats and cheeses. The prices can sometimes be a bit higher than other stores, but due to its cleanliness, variety, and friendly employees it’s worth paying that extra bit of money.

Normally a great pharmacy. But the Morning Staff needs to arrive earlier. When it's states "Open at 9 a.m." that doesn't mean you walk through the door at 9:02 and Open the gates at 9:05 to serve the first customer at 9:07. This kind of behavior really puts me off about a business.

Friendly knowledgeable staff but it took as long to get prepaid prescriptions as it would if I paid for them when I pick them up. Couldn’t understand that one and all the time on the computer.

Technician refused to verify my grandson's insurance. He was very sick and needed the medication immediately forcing me to pay out of pocket. I will not come to this location again.
