I very much like the store but this trip at 6pm on a Saturday night was awful,I hate when employees fight in front of costumers, blonde skinny lady was yelling at front desk lady telling her what the hell are you going to do I am done at 6 and I want to get the hell out of here this was going in for about the ten minutes I waited in line because the girl that was helping me had to close her register and move to number 1 because hers did not ring up Firewood, almost drop it on the floor and walked.

Well we just didn't learn. Needed alfalfa pellets. All they had left was 2 opened bags normally 40 lbs. So per shift manager they had to be weighed to be priced. Weighed in at 20 lbs, got a whopping 20% discount for 50% of original product. If we were not running late we would have walked out. This store continues to disappoint. Feb, 2024Previous review:I hate that I have to change this review but I am agitated. We purchase feed for 4 horses at this location and have for some time. A couple weeks ago I purchased 2-3 bags Advantage 12% Got it home only to find it moldy, Wen up and purchased another bag the next day and find out return policy - that ALSO was moldy - took 3 bags to counter and they said they just go a new pallet on the truck - So we replaced 2 of the 3 (We were missing one receipt to swap the 3rd). We we very specific about the location of bad bags and advised floor staff, cashier, and manager of the risks to a horse's health giving them moldy feed, and that they needed to pull the remaining 3 bags on the floor. I was delayed going out of town but sent my husband up to swap the 3rd bag the next day after I left. Well, he went to the aisle and ended up getting yet another bag of moldy feed that WAS NEVER PULLED OFF FLOOR. He is en route yet again to exchange for another. Not to mention because I poured in a full bag of alfalfa pellets in with 1st two bags of feed we lost the cost of that as well. 4 trips to town at 30 min each with gas prices so high - in a farm truck - this is wrong in so many ways. You are very close to losing not only our equine feed business but all our farm supply business.Previous Review:This is the best store for anything you could need for rural residents! Plumbing, electrical, fencing, tractors, kayaks, camping, hunting, clothing, pet supplies and sooo much more! great staff to!

If zero stars were available that's what I would give. The service here is absolutely horrible, poor customer service all around. I spent over $600 and when I asked them to cancel my order because I came to pick up my order that was "ready" when in fact it was only partially ready. They were "unable" to cancel it and instead gave me an 800 number to try to resolve my issue. I asked to speak to the manager who reiterated that "he didn't have to help" us (literally his job description). Then to find out that they marked me as having picked up my partial order and charged me for it! I never received anything from them. Now they are leaving me unable to cancel my order, without any help and they robbed me of my money without ever receiving the item. Here I am waiting to speak with someone to see if I can get my money back. I feel robbed and disrespected completely.
