Bought a trimmer for my wife for Christmas. The sign over the trimmers has a no return policy. I was not going to purchase one because I wasn’t sure if my wife would like. The sales associate told me as long as the box is not opened I could return it. Tried to return it after Christmas and they refused to return it.I would think if a sales associate said I can return the item, that should be honored. Customer service is very lacking in this store

Crystal is the most pleasurable person working at this location. She's always welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and make sure she gives you the attention that is needed. For me personally but some of the other stuff that I have dealt with I wouldn't even give them a two. And honestly if it wasn't for her I probably would have never come back to that store.

Customer service at THIS store is terrible! I became a licensed cosmetologist in 1975 and have been using Sally for many years.

I needed some alcohol and acetone quickly and couldn’t pick it up. They delivered very fast and with care to the package and bottles. Thank you!

Really bad service not recommended manager was rude I buy a expired color and they don't give me any discount any help she say no ! I'm going to repot this store !!!

Very cool in there rception at this particular store. One of the ladys that works there likes to tell people what to do. Im sorry you can't tell adults how and if I can wear a mask. My body my choice right?

Went to Sally’s to buy dye for my roots. A girl was stocking and never asked if she could help me even though it was obvious I needed help. I’m somewhat shy so didn’t ask for help. I went to another aisle continuing to look around and another customer came in. She immediately asked her if she needed help and continued to help her for several minutes and even walked her to another aisles helping her. I was shocked. Because I didn’t get help I didn’t get everything I needed.

The employees at this location are among the most rude people I have ever encountered in my entire life.... The new management is horrible !!! I was in this store for 2 and a half minutes before anyone even knew I was there.. I will never be back and I will make sure to spread the word!

Very neat and clean store. The staff as always is very helpful and knowledgeable. It's seems like Sally's is carrying new brands, so it was nice to peruse the haircare isle. I left with a few new items in addition to what was on my list.
