I placed my order with an estimated 12:25 pickup time. I got to, and checked into, my spot (4) at 12:19. By 12:35PM I had yet to receive my food. When I tried using the intercom system it either was not working or no one was available to answer it. I ended up going thru the drive thru to get a status on my food. When they finally brought it out to me at12:45 it was cold. Definitely not worth waiting almost 30 mins and spending $30.

We called in an online order of 2 sonic blasts. One a chocolate chip cookie dough, the other the turtle truffle nut. We ordered hot fudge topping in both. The chocolate cookie dough had toppings thrown on top but next to nothing mixed in-it was simply ice cream! Additionally, there were ZERO chocolate chips-just cookie dough!. The hot fudge topping???? None-but they mixed chocolate syrup INTO the blast which made the entire ice cream sickingly sweet and too chocolately. And we paid extra for that topping we didn’t get! I was terrible and I wound up throwing it away having only consumed about 1/4 of it. Additionally, we ordered online, yet had to wait for 25 mins from the time we checked in the stall to the time we received our messed up order! I’ll stick with breakfast there-done with the ice cream-this was the second time in a row that we had issues with ordering a blast. You need to serve your products as they appear on your menu pictures-poorly done, Sonic Zephyrhills.

I don't know about the food and I'm glad I didn't order any. I only got drinks. While I was waiting for the young, very clean and pressed lady to bring me out drinks. This guy in his dirt-dirty Harley Davidson tank top and baby black pants steps back from a vehicle with two other women. One walks across the parking lot and disappears through the bushes. The other proceeds in the store behind him. He threw the nibble of something left between the tips of his fingers on the ground coming across the road. The young lady who helped me was by herself helping 3 other cars as well. I believe she needs to be the manager if she isn't. And get rid of the others. And what were they smoking out there? Two people don't go on break at the same time when you have customers waiting.

I am happy with this Sonic. Other locations, specifically the Collier Parkway location in Land o Lakes, has employees that can't count to 2, and management that doesn't give a squat about its customers!This particular location has their act together! Thank you, Zephyrhills Sonic.

I don't know why the wait is so long at this place.. we waited over half an hour for 3 meals (two burgers with tots and one popcorn chicken with fries) and an order of cheddar poppers.. we're missing the tots completely, neither burger had bacon on them (garlic butter with bacon and double bacon burger). The food was cold and drinks were wrong.. if you're going to just give us all half the food we order, at least be quick about it.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a burger and drink that I never received. There's no reason 4 employees couldn't handle 4 orders in a timely manner especially while watching 2 of them visibly be on their phone.

Order was wrong, took over a 1/2 hr to fix 2 burgers. Manger said he'd find out and assist. Employees came out with burgers I requested a refund, she was extremely rude. Went back to the manager said they would keep my receipt and credit within 4 -7 business days. While we waited asjed for ketchup and that never appeared nor did they answer the call button . Asked for the manager name, she didn't know it told me I was difficult and wasn't I happy to not pay for my meal . I still don't know if I will have a credit or not. I would stay away. Not at all like other locations i have been to.

First time being at the ones in Florida. Had to wait on out order which doesn't make sense cause all the food was cold. We got 3 of the double quarter pounders with cheese, small fry and onion rings. The onion rings were nasty. Tasted really sweet. The fries were cold and so was the sandwiches. This was my first time there and will be my last. I will pay more to get a better meal.
