Do not go to this location. I have never been treated so poorly as I was today. And this was by the assistant manager. I asked to see some phones while I waited for the girl I had spoken with earlier to finish with another customer. She said she couldn't help me because they were paid by commission. Are you kidding me? She was sitting and playing on her phone. And it got worse from there. She said everywhere I go I have to wait so why should it be any different here? When I mentioned customer service she called me entitled and told the other girl not to help me. She should be fired.

This place is the absolute worst. Called about an issue and the woman laughed at me. Talked to the manager and he said no one did laughed. My phone was on speaker and everyone here heard it. Then they got mad because I got angry The manager did help me though with my issue but he was condescending about the laugh. Still waiting a week for an email confirmation from them from a previous visit. Minus 5 stars is what they deserve. Best go to the one on BruceB Downs.Never had ANY issues with them. . Mature people work there..Edit: in response to the robot message below: your boy Pedro told me there was no "owner" ,so someone is lying. That little incident cost you 7 contracts. I hope it was worth it. Your business not mine . Btw, when I filed a complaint with corporate, they didn't hesitate to throw you under the bus, way under.

Friendly and awesome staff. Very professional. Never try to empty your pockets with unnecessary items but rather suggest devices that fit your particular need.

The children who claim they are managers are not willing to help you at all. They text each other back and forth and laugh at you , then change your plan repeatedly, knowing customer service on the phone doesn't speak English and can't help you either! They tell you the phone will work where you live but when you get home it doesn't. When you drive back they say oh it needs a new sim card and update , then they double your price, but you don't know until the credit card statement comes in!!! Then when you call about it, foreigners insist that you changed the plan over and over! After 3 months with very limited services I gave up. You can't even call an ambulance!!! The phone says that it only works with WiFi Internet service!! My daughter almost died bc I couldn't call 911 from my new phone!!!! I went back and again the young ((manager) just snickered and put in another sim card again and raised the cost again!!!!! I changed companies and magically I have great service and can call 911 ,I also don't need to buy Internet or use WiFi to make a call!!! They really don't want your service unless you're buying 4 phones and a group plan!!! Forget those customers that only need a phone for less than 100 minutes a month and bring their own phones!! .DO NOT GO TO T- MOBILE IN MONCKS CORNER, S.C. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! ALL THE STORE STAFF ARE RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND COULD CARE LESS IF YOU'RE SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES , THEY JUST STAND AROUND TEXT AND COLLECT A CHECK FOR ABSOLUTELY NO WORK!!!!! I SPOKE WITH SEVERAL CUSTOMERS WHILE WAITING MY TURN THAT ALL HAD THE SAME ISSUE!! THE "REAL" MANAGER WOULDN'T EVEN COME OUT OF THE BACK OFFICE THE WHOLE TIME....... VERY POOR REPRESENTATION FOR A COMPANY THAT CLAIMS TO BE THE BEST!!!!

My phone was acting up and not turning on ALL DAY. I called Apple tech support and long story short they couldn't help me. So I called my local T-Mobile store and Martina happened to answer and within 1 min. and 30 seconds my phone was back up and running. The best customer service I have ever received in my life. Martina ( sorry if i am spelling it wrong) You know who you are girl. Thank you so much for saving me so much time and hassle.

My husband and I purchased a watch from this store last week, by the time the sale was complete, the store was closing so we agreed with the manager, Pedro to leave the watch overnight for the screen protection to be applied the next day. When we returned, the screen protection was not applied, the available associate, Tyler admitted that he didn't have any experience with Samsung products or applying the screen protection. Frustrated, but appreciating his honesty I asked and offered to return to the store the next time, Pedro would be working. Chris, the other associate working talked, Tyler through the process and had him apply the screen protection to the watch. After the drying time was complete and Tyler turned the watch over, I could see the QR code sticker on the back, So I asked if he had completed the screen protection on the back as well, to which he replied he had, and I asked how if there were still stickers on the watch?!?! I expressed my frustration with this process to which Tyler responded he wasn't responsible for something someone promised when he wasn't working. (Fair enough! But clearly not an appropriate response.) We were given our bag and sent on our way. Got home to notice that information for registering the screen protection was not in the bag, returned the next day, addressed this, I asked for the store number and when Pedro would be working again so I could speak with him directly about this experience... fast forward a week later, I have placed 4 calls to the store, been hung on once by, Tyler; Pedro, has not been available at any of the times stated and the last call was never answered.

The 5G internet is awesome when it is working. Was great for almost a year but for the last month at some point during the day the internet connection is so slow you can't watch TV showed. I may give Verizon at try to see if it is better if not will go with a standard cable connection which cost 15 bucks more but at least it works.

T-mobile is the best! The employees here are always helpful! I like the upgrade packages T-mo has, and the phone choices for every range of pocketbook. Always great signal too!
