Everything located in Zephyrhills has horrible service. When the branch at Eiland and 54 was open, I never experienced problems with service. The Zephyrhills location is a joke. I called to inquire about a simple request and the process; it does not matter what time you call, no one picks up the phone. You are forced to call the toll free line, which is an even bigger waste of time, as they don't understand basic requests. I'm not a fan of large national banks like BoA or Chase, but it's clear that it's time to move my money elsewhere. Truist is a joke. If you absolutely have to stay with Truist, go to the Seven Oaks location. The service is much better.

I opened a business account at this bank and was told about a business loan and line of credit. When I contacted them for more information, instead of telling me that I did not qualify, they avoided my calls and ignored my numerous voice mails! The bank itself is unethical. They hold charges that should be posted and rearrange posting so that they can charge a fee. I have receipts with dates to show when purchases were made, they still rearranged them so that the account can show can overdraft and charge me a fee. They are the worst!

After frequent disappointments with this company, I'm pulling my business. The final straw was one of their representatives lied to my face about one of their polices, which they quickly changed their answer when confronted. Since the merger to Truist, they have messed up account transactions, provided wrong wire info, and have funds availability policies that to not follow industry standards & clearly benefit them. Plus, it takes an hour to get someone on the 800 number regardless of the day/time. Please do yourself a favor & bank elsewhere.

I over drafted and instead of only charging me once they charged me 7 times on one day. They’re robbing me of my money and I have a business account with them. I will be closing my account today after the issue is resolved. Over $250 in over draft fees… that’s just uncalled for

Worst customer service of any branch, of any bank I've ever used. The lines are always too long, they never answer the phone, and when you wait to see someone about an issue, they just tell you to call the 800 number and try to send you on your way.I've been banking with Suntrust for 10 years.I moved to this area recently and the service at this branch is so bad that I am now shopping for a new bank entirely.

Had a refund check from SunTrust that was misplaced for 6 Months 8 days, when I finally found the check (under the car seat) took it to SunTrust to deposit it into the SunTrust account.. SunTrust would not honor their own check that was just over six months old they said their policy will not allow them to take checks that are over 6 months old and that I would have to contact one of their call centers to have that check canceled and have them write another one. I said I thought checks were good for a year? The teller said no they're only good for 6 months.. went to Wells Fargo and they cashed the check, the teller said, checks are good for up to a year, and she has no idea why SunTrust would not even honor their own check.. not sure how those tellers at SunTrust even keep their job as rude as they are to their customers..

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH! If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. We walked in on a Thursday morning to a very busy lobby and a line to the door. There were 2 employees in the offices servicing members and 1 teller. We watched another employee leave during the rush (I was appalled having worked retail and customer service for over 22 years.) Thankfully, another teller came on to help. However, upon trying to complete a transaction in person that could not be completed in a timely manner on line (despite having paid a $15 fee to expedite the transfer) seemed to not only be a debacle, but too much to ask of the associates at this branch. I was also spoken to as if I didn’t know how to fill out a withdrawal slip, questioned about what the transfer of funds was for and spoken to as if I had done something incorrectly. I will now be closing this account due to incompetence and incredibly poor customer service. It would benefit this company greatly to let go of associates like Julie. I would also highly suggest that Suntrust seize this training opportunity to better their business. But hey, that’s not my job! If they do not care about their members, I have no issues moving my assets to another financial institution that is fully capable of servicing my banking needs, especially something as simple as an internal transfer. I will not reward businesses for less than satisfactory service or basic functionality. As things only continue to get more complex in our economy, I encourage anyone else having issues to find a better branch and bank! Good riddance Suntrust!
