Horrible service… supposed to perform LG warranty work on our refrigerator. Showed up with the compressor but no refrigerant so couldn’t fix it. A week later replaced the compressor and condenser. Still not working and won’t return calls. Got with LG and asked them to send another company that knows what they’re doing. This company does not!

Technician fixed the problem with my LG stove oven and while replacing panel (without unplugging it first) the panel touched some wires and caused sparks to fly causing damage to two boards and wire harness. Even though they were responsible for damage they wanted me to pay for their mistake. Don't use this company they are unprofessional and dishonest.

My experience with TB Electronics was great. Joshe evaluated the problem , showed me on his phone the part needed. He said the office will order it and will be in contact to make the repair. They called and scheduled the repair, and the repair was easy and quick.Very satisfied and highly recommend TB Electronics.

Josh provided exceptional service!! Not only was he professional, but clearly an expert on appliances as well as electrical operating systems. We greatly appreciated him testing each individual system all the while educating us on how the dryer/electrical system operates. Josh was immensely knowledgeable & helped us tremendously.
