The store has become so incredibly infuriating and disappointing.
Shelves aren't ever stocked, store is always a mess, when you complain they complain how understaffed they are, how corporate doesn't listen or give them what they need, etc etc. call corporate and nothing is ever resolved. I truly feel for the staff here as it's very clear they are struggling with lack of support from above, however they don't really seem to do anything to try and help change the situation either.
Truly sad to have the only feed store for many products that are clearly bought daily, weekly and monthly, not have anything available.
I personally am left switch bottle calf milk supply now due to their lack of ability to serve. And I will give them this acknowledgment that we requested milk 3 weeks ago when they complain that their staff wasn't checking inventory properly and I watch them put it in their system for inventory request and yet there's still no milk. Sadly the only non-medicated calf milk replacer on their shelf was manufactured in January of 2023..

I called and asked if they had baby chics. The girl said yes. Went there and they had none and no they didnt “sell out”. She lied.

I bought 4 bolts here and 4 nuts, they did not fit. I brought them back for a refund. They have to have my phone number and address... I put $55 they never refunded my money because I would not give the information. But they had my card n recipt I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK.. or the bolts..

Store is just like any other tractor supply, called asking for a manager and still haven’t received a call back even after two attempts to reach back to them. Staff has better interest in talking about personal issues more then checking a customer out.

Although they have a sign that says they fill propane, they actually do not. For 6 months their propane filling station has been "broken" so, go somewhere else if you need propane.

We received the most awesome customer service from Dan. Dan is an excellent communicator. Our entire purchase and delivery went very well. Dan made everything easy for us. He was friendly and professional. Delivery was timely. The products we purchased are reasonably priced and made with high-quality materials. We love Tractor Supply Co. of Zephyrhills!

I’ll call before I go over there and asked if they have propane they tell me yes I go inside the lady tells me to go outside and wait outback so I’m standing out there for like 15 minutes like a dummy and then finally I called the store and they’re like oh we can’t sell propane because it’s raining and lightning outside. Meanwhile, it’s like skies are clear they just did not want to serve me for some odd reason they did not want to serve me.
