I got to their door at 4.59pm to drop off a package. A worker stood at the locked door anf refused to scan my package for a receipt. Lakeland USPS location's workers are nicer and are much patient, they dont refuse late customer (5 mins or less)

Showed up before 5pm and the Acting Supervisor told one of the workers not to take anyone customers even if it before 5pm.

No one picks up the phone. Very frustrating when you have a simple question but the post office is 30 min drive away.

Worst experience ever!! zero communication skills, zero customer service skills. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Shree was very rude and unprofessional. It’s really appalling how you can work at a post office and treat people the way they do! Told the rest of the costumers all about my packages and the reason to why they can’t find it as well as showed them MY paper work. A total violation to me.The young man who said “watch this, watch this” while he closed the door on me and refused to help the other 2 customers behind me is horrible! I also only caught the ending on video, wish I could post that here for y’all to see! No wonder it only has 2 stars. STAY FAR AWAY!

Purchase my item from Amazon, and it saids was delivered by Usps Zephyrhills and left in my mailbox. when I got home, the package was in there but open and empty. Your employees are stealing peoples items.

The staff at this location is the friendliest USPS staff I ever I ever encountered at any USPS! Yesterday Dec 18 I visited and the long was out the door due to the Christmas rush. There were 3 guys at the front register and a young lady working the side register and every last one of them had positive attitudes, patience, great energy, and they all worked efficiently to get the line down. I’ve never experience great customer service especially this time of year. I pray this company takes great care of these employees because they take great care of us.

They are 0/2 on 2 deliveries. What's worse? They don't pick up their phone.Had a package tracked, said it was out for delivery, and then 30 minutes later, sent back to the sender. Like wait, what? Why'd you automatically send it back? Now I have to wait another week for a redelivery, and pray to the mail gods that I don't get another incompetent driver who can check google maps to see that yes, that is an actual address you can go to. The sender didn't mark the address incorrectly. It's a real place, in the real, physical world.Also, my place is 25 minutes from the post office. Which means the driver left with my package, and then didn't even bother going to the address. Just zoomed right on back and sent it off. Guess the driver had other things to do.

The employees are some of the worst people you will ever encounter. I’m not the type to complain, i always give people the benefit of the doubt, but my experience was horrible. The man who helped me, his name was Jeff, talked down to me like I was an idiot and berated me in front of a whole group of people. The only person he was nice to was a delivery man. Also, appointments are never on time.
