Rep Adam M. has been extremely nice and friendly and provided customer service beyond what we have ever seen from a cell sales representative. Way beyond. He came and visited our employee at work and swapped her cell phone data. He did not have to travel way out here from Zephyrhills to do that, but he went a lot of extra miles to get the job done. Thanks, Adam!!!

Went in because ALL calls are failing. The guy told me when I told him what was going on “i heard you the first time”….he clearly hates his job. Never got my issue resolved. Walked out without a functioning phone.

I have had Verizon for several years and have had nothing but good things to say up until recently. Several years ago I damaged my phone and lost all my pictures and videos due to not having a backup plan. So when i got the new phone, i opted to pay the additional 5$/month for the cloud storage to ensure that wouldn't happen again. When my mother(who is an admin on our account) went to get us new watches recently at the Zephyrhills Verizon store, I wasn't able to go with her due to having COVID, an employee took it upon themselves to turn off the cloud storage under my number saying "google basically does the same thing so you don't need it". Well since that happened, the next day I immediately called and asked them to turn it back on because that was not what i wanted. Come to find out now, after needing to locate some of my old notes and pictures, due to this employees poor choice/decision and turning off this service i have now lost EVERYTHING to which cannot be recovered.
I called and provided the direct feedback to someone at their office, as my mother couldn't recall the initial representative that did this. Please be mindful when you are on a family plan before you authorize making changes for your loved ones, especially when it comes to date back up because you could lose a lot.
Would not recommend going to this location for further services.

I have been working with Adam Mohammed who went above and beyond to help me. He worked hours one evening and over an hour the next time. I walked out with more than I even expected. He also kept a smile and remained positive. I totally recommend him and already have.

Amazing personal and professional service by Gnale Lay Sano!! Verizon you truly have a gem of a person with this young lady!! Skilled and calm she assisted me to get a new phone yesterday when mine had issues! The iPhone 8 that I had for many many years now replaced with the 15 plus! A Verizon customer for 20 plus years is very happy now! She has it all, great communication skills, technical and will follow thru to cover all the bases of great customer service! Thank you Lay!!

Went in with a minor phone issue, Lu was able to fix it very quickly and seemed happy to do so despite other customers who were there to make a purchase. Will be back to this store for sure.

Went here with a phone saying no SIMM. Since I forgot my pin Dawson couldn't get a msg to my phone saying he couldn't help me at all and to try customer service. I got frustrated I pay 150 a month and since I forgot my pin and being told there was nothing he could do. He couldn't reset or help I asked if I could use a desk phone phone to call support since mine wasn't working. Clearly why I was at the store and he said no. I said last year I brought my phone in that was dead and the guy who helped me was able to bring my account up and got through everything never had any issues. I guess Dawson got butthurt and told me to go find that guy and he couldn't help me again with a big grin on his face. . A little redundant since he already told me to go figure it out myself. Stay away from this place. Terrible service and not everyone is trained the same. I also wanted to speak to his manager who he said is out for weeks There is a Verizon shop down the road that was much much friendlier and helped me fix my phone, yes he was much more knowledgeable than Dawson. I will go there every time instead of this rude shop.
