The worst Walgreens I've ever been to. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes without any type of acknowledgment. I went inside and stood in a line for 15 minutes

They sent me a text and called me at 2:20 saying my script was ready had my husband went at 7:40 to pick up script pharmacy Said it wasn't ready yet and to come back between 830 and 9. My husband drives home it's about a 6 min drive. He pulls into driveway And I received a text and a phone call from Walgreens saying that my script was ready. It was then 7:52. He could have very easily stayed there by the filled script. What had happened was the Script was filled earlier and it was put in a wrong slot. No apologies and they acted as if the script was not filled earlier in the day. Then today I had a dentist appointment this morning to get dental and plants into my gumsHe dropped off scripts at approximately 11:30. One of my scripts was for a pain medication for my procedure. The Novicaine wore off And I was an extreme pain crying. I called Walgreens at 12:15 and waited for 23 minutes until it was my turn to talk to the pharmacy.A lady answered the phone I explained my situation in tears and I asked her if there was any way I could pick it up sooner. She said let me put you on hold and I'll find out. I waited about 9 minutes and it starts ringing Like I'm being transferred. I then here the automated system asking me if I'd like to take a survey about my call and it's not to end the call. So the lady forgot about me or just Didn't care about a customer who was crying and in pain. I call back and I have to wait 10 more minutes until it's my turn to be picked up from somebody in the pharmacy. Thing lady answered the phone and I said Hey you put me on hold and you never got back to me. I told her I was waiting for her response and she knew my name. I'm in their system she could have easily called me back and gave me a response. She Was very rude And acted like she didn't even care, ya know were busy here. And by this time it was close to 130 when it was originally supposed to be filled. It always seems to take hours for them to fill scripts there. I mean Zephyrhills is known as a retirement community. Not very customer friendly not very caring. I'm only 54 but I could have been older ans a different situation. There was not an apology. I think the whole staff in Walgreens pharmacy Need some training in empathy and compassion towards their customers especially because the majority of them are seniors. If you can't take Responsibility for when you make a mistake with a customer and apologize Instead of being rude to them making it sound like it's their fault. Maybe you shouldn't be working in a pharmacy. It costs nothing to be kind. If I could give this store a negative rating I would. I did call corporate and made a complaint. Ive used a lot of Walgreens pharmacies over the years. I have never seen one that has such rude And I could get less about you Pharmacy Staff employees. I have had Previous incidences with rude Rx employees in the past at this location This is the Walgreens on 301 and Gall Blvd.

This Walgreens Pharmacy location is the worst I've ever experienced. I use this location because it's convenient however the pharmacy is the absolute worst place to use. I've never had any problems with other Walgreens locations and I had to go to a different location where they communicate, are attentive and will answer the phone when you call. This Walgreens location has the WORST pharmacy! They don't care about you and they hang up the phones after you call them and sit on hold several times after they let the phone ring , I swear 50 x... avoid this location for your prescriptions because they don't care or know how to stay on top of things.

The customer service is horrible. I went in and we were trying to figure out why our phone number didn’t work for coupons and I have quite a few medical issues and one is MS. I lose words and they come out loud at times when I try to get them out. Of all places you would think they would understand. She says oh you don’t need to be loud. I proceeded to explain I wasn’t upset that it just comes out that way. So another woman. Not sure if manager or not but she said take it down again and that she was also disabled which had nothing to do with it. I did them explain to her that I can’t bring it down I cannot help it but that now I’m getting upset. She brushed me off and said again she is also disabled which I still find irrelevant since that does not make a difference . I walked out of there so upset and this was against all the rules of the ADA. I have called corporate and will also take it further. No one should be made to feel like that

I have to come in for a drug test for my new job. I came in at 1pm. The lady working didn't feel good so she just up and left for the day. I had to schedule an appointment for later on in the day 3:30pm. I come in at the time of my appointment and the lady working back in the labs side calls me up then tells me she has already closed for the day and I would have to come back another day. Twice this lab has wasted my time because the workers are lazy and don't want to work there scheduled hours. She knew I had a 3:30 appointment but decided she wanted to go home early just like the other worker earlier in the day. It is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Had 4 PM appointment for a flu shot. Unorganized operation here. Still waiting after 4:40. Lots of joking and yelling back and forth by pharmacy staff. Someone in charge needs to take charge. And to think that the snowbirds aren't even in town yet.

There is never enough staff to assist in the pharmacy. There is always a line inside & in the drive-thru. I have waited as long as 1 1/2 hours inside and 1 hour in the drive-thru to pick up a refill. There should more clerks to assist with simple pickup. If my insurance would allow, I would go back to their competitor.

I’m so incredibly grateful for Michelle, Gayle, and Giovanni who were so patient and kind to my son, who was very afraid of getting his first Covid vaccine. They gave encouragement, lollipops, and hugs. Gayle even bought him a box of Reese’s pieces! Thank you, thank you for being understanding.

Pharmacy hours are terrible! The hours should be longer and more convenient for your average person.
