My daughter went in to pick up Genexa for my baby. Tag said $10 as sale item and the forehead cold patches for baby Said sale price 2 for $8. When she went to pay with cashier, she was told full price items. She mentioned sale prices and was told those were just false advertisements. Was she too lazy to confirm price or does walgreens really post falso advertisements in store. My daughter was also given a fake $20 bill which she's good at catching because she works with money and went back inside to notify them. Manager did give her a real $20.

I was told my prescription wasn't ready and to take a quick seat. 35 minutes later I went up to the counter to inquire how much longer. Whoever filled it, put it on the shelf and did not notify me it was ready. I will not use this pharmacy again unless it's an emergency

The pharmacy technicians are rude and lazy. Month after month prescriptions are not refilled when requested through the app instead they require you to call and wait on hold to be hung up on by disrespectful careless employees and then tell you after waiting a week for a refill that now they're out of that medication and have no estimated time on getting it filled. They absolutely don't care about people who need their medication. If you hate your job get a new one. I promise you won't be missed in the pharmacy.

I had a 90 day supply of my meds, they didn't have it all, they said they would refill 30 days and I could get the rest after 30 days, went to refill it, they said I had 5 days to pick up the rest, nobody told me I had 5 days to pick it up so now I have to get a new prescription. I will never go back there, veryIncompetent staff. How can you play with people's lives.

The pharmacist Stanley was rude and told me I didn’t need the medication my doctor prescribed, that I could just take it tomorrow because he’s a “one man show” and too busy.

This pharmacy has to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. My meds were ready, then they were never ordered, then they were ready again but there was a pricing/insurance issue, I was expecting a call back but in 4 hours nothing. Called back and was told my “medicine was not ready so not sure who would have told you that”. (Fun fact it was the person who told me it was ready and having an insurance issue)Do not trust this location with your meds if you’re actually hoping to feel better in a timely manner. What a disgrace to our already awful healthcare system.

Terrible customer service. I called 4 times, to clarify my prescription cost and arrange delivery. I spoke with a lady named JJ who put ne on hold and never returned to take my cc info or call. I called and asked to speak with the store manager, Franky who transfered me to pharmacy and i was put on hold yet again. 20 minutes on hold and I still have not been taken care of.

I just called to have prescriptions transferred to this closer Walgreens. After reading a lot of reviews I was honestly afraid. But, I was pleasantly surprised. I was on hold for about a minute and the girl on the other end was very nice and helpful. 6/6/2023, 3:30 pm.

They don't stock any medications. I call a few days in advance hoping they will order the medication so it's there when I can refill, but they refuse. So I am constantly having to go days with no medications. Terrible customer service.

This store is joke is a especially the pharmacy.last month They tried to charge me $1070 for my diabetes medicine for 30 day supply and they said that was through the insurance.I got it from another pharmacy for $35 through the insurance for 30 day supply.Today they give me a 90 day supply of medicine when my doctor only writes them for 30 days I get copies of my prescriptions from my doctor especially when it’s a type of medication you’re only supposed to take for 30 days.you wait forever on the line and on the phone. Today I was on the phone 45 minutes on hold this afternoon. I went to pick up my medication in the pharmacist was on the phone. It must’ve been a personal phone call because she was on there a long time and I was in the store and when I left after I got my meds an hour laterI guess Walgreen has to make up for the lawsuit that they lost for the opioid addictions.

Lets just say,I have had issues every time I have felt with them.Without going through my nightmares, let me say, they are extremely rude.They lost two meds that I dropped off.Don't bother to call, they immediately put you on hold and sometimes don't get back to you.This Walgreens is the worst I have ever seen.I really could go on forever.

This Walgreens Pharmacy location is the worst I've ever experienced. I use this location because it's convenient however the pharmacy is the absolute worst place to use. I've never had any problems with other Walgreens locations and I had to go to a different location where they communicate, are attentive and will answer the phone when you call. This Walgreens location has the WORST pharmacy! They don't care about you and they hang up the phones after you call them and sit on hold several times after they let the phone ring , I swear 50 x... avoid this location for your prescriptions because they don't care or know how to stay on top of things.
