Service inside was great. They need to post a sign or notice - no $100.00 bills accepted at walk-up ATM. I have visited several times to deposit with a $100.00 bill and been denied. Machine won't accept these bills. After walking three miles to the only Wells Fargo in Zephyrhills, it is frustrating. Maybe time to change banks.

I recently went to this bank to get a roll of quarters. I approached the teller and explained that I was from out of town and was staying in Zephyrhills for a month and that needed to change a $10 bill for s roll of quarters. She asked if I had an account with Wells Fargo and I told her that I did not. She then told me that she could not change the $10 bill because it was against bank policy. I asked for the reasoning behind such a policy but she just replied "it is against bank policy. What are banks for then? Isn't a $10 bill legal currency? Will never set my foot in a Wells Fargo bank again.
