The pictures don’t do enough to show how horrible this meal really was. This entire impossible whopper was burnt to a crisp. I really don’t understand how many bad reviews everyone will need to post to fix the issue that’s clearly going on inside their kitchen. Paying almost $30 for complete trash food is extremely upsetting. We’re already paying an insane amount, you guys might as well make it fresh whilst having zero customers in line. If you don’t want to put out food that you’ll eat yourself you should find a different line of work.

HORRIBLE QUALITY . Ordered 2 Jr bacon deals. Didn't get the nuggets and they gave us very dry PLAIN burger. Idk what there doing but its not there job. Horrible

They mess up your order and don’t answer the phone when you call. A lot of horseplaying at night well which makes sense why the order is messed up.

Where do I start. We waited 20 min for our order to be taken. We realized we messed up coming here. Soda machine I. The lobby was broken so they had to get the drinks from Drove Thru. Problem was they put someone that has worked there 2 min and she had no clue what to do. She would take an order but not get the drinks so the food was ready but we then had to wait 10 min for our drinks. Then we get the cold food cause I had to wait 10 min for our drinks 2 of 3 sandwiches were made wrong. They had enough people working but no direction a guy who I am assuming is the manager, but never saw him except his back cause he was only worried about Drive Thru. Worst Wendy experience of my life. I will never be back. I do not blame the front worker it’s the company that allow inferior managers to work for a company. He should be fired. Managers fault ?. So bad. So if you read this I was there 3/25/2024 at 1:00 pm. So you know I am talking about you. You suck as a manager and you should think again about your career choice. How about cleaning toilets? That’s more your speed.

They need to get it together at this location. They were out of half the items I ordered. How is that possible? Out of frostys, out of cheese for the fries, and out of potato’s and out of chili? SMH

Why is it always that this specific store has problems with their point of sale system and can’t even take cash payments the last hour they’re open EVERY WEEK?! I just went and was told they can’t even take cash payments because their system is down, meanwhile someone’s friend is sitting at the drive thru talking to the person who is supposed to be in there working. Then I call and no one answers the phone. Feels a lot more like “I don’t want to do my job right now.”

Stay at the drive thur window for what seemed like forever. Likely 10 minute and they kept saying they needed more time due to shift change. We ended up going else where.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Last week I ordered a grilled chicken wrap. Was told to pull up. No big deal… 15 minutes later I walk inside to see what the issue is. The manager was screaming and cussing at the other employees with kids eating inside. The lady next to me had to cover her kids ears it was so loud. My chicken wrap was cold somehow despite them cooking fresh. Hmm… so tonight I went and ordered a biggie bag and the same grilled chicken wrap. Wadda ya know!? No chicken for the wrap. I said the crispy one is fine. I get to the window and was charged $10 for a 6 dollar wrap because they were out of chicken and they had to put fried chicken in it. Fries were cold nuggets were cold. They don’t know the difference between bbq and honey mustard and the biggest thing was, when I asked for a receipt to see why my $6 wrap was $10; they said they didn’t have receipt paper. I think it’s way past time to shut the doors and fire everyone. Corporate must not care what slop they have working for them, just condemn the building. Don’t eat here if you want something edible. That is all…

This Wendy’s is awful. Cold food attitudes and way overcharged. Will never eat at this location again. The employees were ridiculous and they were “out” of everything including receipt paper. What a joke of an establishment. Hope corporate steps in soon.

This place gives absolutely horrible service. I placed a breakfast carryout order at 7:05. The app says pickup begins at 7:05, so that is when I placed my order. I then placed another one for pickup at 7:20. Come to find out, no employees are at the Wendy's at 7:20. Mind you, their supposed to be open at 6:30. How is no one up there almost thirty minutes after the building opens? Then, they tell me the only see 1 of my orders, when both of my orders have been placed and supposedly ready for pickup. They refuse to make my food or offer any kind of helpful service. Seems the employees here are only working for a paycheck and do the absolute bare minimum. I would not advise this place to anyone looking to get breakfast.
