Mary the manager has a nasty attitude. She tried telling her co worker that the mistake she did was my fault. You don't tell your co worker right in front of the customer that they were wrong and it was their fault?! Who does that? I debated with her saying you can't say that and that it was not my fault because I don't work there. She needs an attitude adjustment. The store suffers on account of her. Since my last review and visiting the store, Mary has certainly been way more helpful and kind. The store has a better flow to it and is very clean and always well stocked. I would recommend giving it one more go if you had a previous issue.

Would give 0 stars but it won't let me. My husband paid $20 for gas and the pumps were going so slow that after 5 mins and it was barely up to $0.77 we decided to just get our money back and go somewhere else. But with their new system they couldn't just refund the remaining change without the receipt and couldn't restart the pump. So they were just going to keep our money. Never shopping here again. Had to tell them I was calling corporate and the sheriff office on them. Mind you this was at 5am so not like there was a lot of people there, and the manager and the cashier were both very rude.

Bathrooms look like they're never cleaned. Empty soap containers floors soaked in urine. What a real pleasure.

Don't waste your time stopping here.Service is horrible. Manager tries to speak above everyone in the store to assertively try to force people in line to use the self checkout even when no one wants to. Not all but some of the clerks are the same way. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. (Especially the short fat one)Nice big new store but nothing special there. They tried to have the appearance of the other big name filling stations like Racetrac but don't have anything more than the small old circle ks besides a larger beer cooler for all the local drunks.A lot of the time the iced coffee, and fountain drinks are out of order. You'll be very disappointed when you expected to stop for refreshments. Do yourself a favor and visit the local Dollar General instead. The large number of gas pumps is the only nice thing here.

So what can I say there's a lot I can say about this store,1) the manager Mary is RUDE RUDE RUDE off the back, she doesn't treat her employees right no wonder why this store has a NEW employee every week or better yet every day2)Maria NEED TO BE FIRED ... lets just say if i go after 12am and I see her i REFUSES to go in3) Jessica she is ANOTHER one she is RUDE,LAZY IDK y she is even workingIf i could give a zero start I would but the only reason why I haven't is because there a NEW young man i believe it start with a P Im not sure , He seems to be working HARD and keeping that place clean, organized and i never have a problem when he's working not to sure but I would do WHATEVER it take to keep himIf u really care about your customers you should really look at your reviews and make some changes . Also i will be passing by to see if any changes has happened

So they install self pay check out, while 6 employees stand around, roller grill is always empty except for what has sat for hours. Place looks great, awful employees and customer service

I'm a regular customer here, but every time I come in, the short chubby cashier just has a nasty attitude. Tonight I came in to buy a 24 pack of budlight. There were two different prices labeled for them. It rang up $26 something, but it was labeled $18.99. I simply told her that they need to get the price updated so it doesn't confuse us. She just turned away and mubbled something that I wasn't able to hear. Everyone else has been great, except her. I wish I knew her name. Maybe she needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers.

Last week visit I bought a buy one roller get second for a $1. Well! That didn't ring up. I paid full price not wanting to hold the line. Today I picked the but two breakfast sandwiches for$4. Surprise! That didn't ring up either. This time I said: hey the sign says two for 4. I KNOW replies the cashier. After any attempts she gets help to give the discount and After my total her expression was (Wow!) That she just could not understand why o wanted to save a dollar! Where has customer service gone? It's not the dollar lady! But don't pit stuff on sale if you ain't willing to honor the discounts. Customer service is horrible there.
