I showed up the zolfo Springs store at 9:43pm for an emergency propane cylinder exchange only to find the doors locked. I knocked on the door and about 3 minutes later a female came and said they had to close early because their system went down. I am VERY annoyed and will never return to any dollar general store.

I would literally give this place minus Stars if I could it is so hard to get anyone to help you at the store.. if you ain't wanting to check yourself out I wouldn't even go in there if you need cigarettes and have to ring the bell Lord forbid once they finally get there they're all in a grouchy mood because they either had to come in from smoking those cigarettes or at interrupted karaoke going on... This store needs a serious employee turnover!!

Probably the best place to get practically everything you need without driving into the next city. And yes, convenience at bargain prices. On this particular occasion dare I say I found myself lost in trying to find items on a honey do list. Thankfully Shirley from management noticed and came to the rescue. Need I say more? It is New Year's Day. And I have an emergency plumbing problem. I tried calling the store. AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! So I am thinking this store is closed. I mentioned to a neighbor that I thought the Dollar General was closed and she asked why I thought that. And I explained about my call to the store. She laughed and said "They never answer the phone!!!" She said "Trust me! They are open." So I headed to the store, hoping that it was open and that what I needed was in stock. Sure enough, the store was OPEN and they had what I needed. And as God's reward for having the faith of a mustard seed, I found $5 laying where I had stopped in the parking lot. ***WARNING!!!!YOU MIGHT NOT FIND MONEY IN THE PARKING LOT!!! I am relating to you MY experience!***
