As is typical of this particular Kroger, and as has been since well before COVID, the employees and vendors use unsanitary food handling practices. They are either untrained, incompetent or just don't care about customer health. I've reported several incidents like the one in the attached photo to the store manager, Mr. Richardson, to assistant managers and to the customer service desk. Nothing changes. By not training and supervising employees, even with surveillance cameras throughout the store, it is obvious that there is a serious management problem. All of this is not to mention practices like leaving frozen foods out for at least the 20 minutes that I was in the store. There are some caring employees, particularly at the self checkout, in the produce department and in the dairy section, but in general, this is the worst Kroger store I've ever been in.

Was watched like a hawk in self check out which didn't bother me but when i noticed it was only me it made me feel uncomfortable . Especially since i was the only person of color in self check out . I just had my baby a week ago and wanted to do something with just myself. i just wanted to grocery shop in peace and was treated this way . SAD

We honestly only stopped by this location to run in a use the restroom for my small children. The restrooms were very easy to locate as they had clear signage at the very entrance of the store. They had individual restrooms but no signage as to if one was for women or men so we assumed it was for anyone to use. The restroom also had a "safe-sitter" which was very helpful! I was able to seat my toddler and assist my other child. They also had a changing table available. The restroom was fairly clean and the remaining area of the store we saw was clean and well lit. I did not grocery shop here but it was pretty busy during the evening.

This Kroger has gone from okay to bad to worse in the past 5 years. I'm done with it. The upper management needs to seriously re-examine themselves and how to run a grocery store. The store just has a vibe that is off. The floor employees walk around like zombies and may look at you but sure as heck don't smile. If you're a Kroger manager and reading this...they don't like their jobs. something needs to change. There's very little customer service or friendliness. The produce is slim pickings and has fruit flies swarms. The salad mixes have pink lettuce. The meat section is so gross and smells in areas. As I was checking out I had to bag my own groceries. I mean, no big deal, but I looked around and there were 3 employees doing literally nothing, just in zombieland. This does not have to do with staffing shortages, there were more employees than customers while I was there. Go across the street to Publix where the grass is greener and people seem to enjoy their jobs...and the food is more respected and higher quality.

I come to this store a lot due to the proximity to my home. I really wish they will do something to upgrade the store and train their employees. I have been to plenty Kroger stores and this location is by far the worst. There is another Kroger store on Dallas Highway - rather go there. Sooooo much better and staff very friendly.

Very friendly store, staff very helpful. COVID 19 has impacted many food stores, but communication is the key . Ask questions if you don't see something , the answer may surprise you. They assist however possible. This staff has been in our neighborhood for years and have that personal attachment. The prices are competitive , but I mainly shop there because of the friendly service.

Why all the bad notes about this Kroger? It's fine. At least you don't have to drive more than four minutes to get here. They may not have an olive and cheese bar or sushi station, but they do have the stuff you need and usually in stock. I like knowing where stuff is, so I'll shop here from habit, but it makes my trips quicker not having to guess where some random item is. The people are friendly and stocked with some local younger folks, and they do a good job of carrying stuff later that was previously desired but not in stock. You can get gas, redeem fuel points for cents off per fillup, and drop off your KMHS Magnet kid for the bus. Add to that not really any bad traffic and it's nice. Just don't try to pull out left from the left exit during rush hour. Yet people still do. I'm not even sure what a 5-star grocery store looks like, but I guarantee it's not a trendy overpriced grocery. So getting a 4-star is actually pretty near perfection. Yes I'll return since my kids gotta eat.

This Kroger has gotten worse every visit I have been in there. I work in the same shopping center and its convenient but not when they are out of stock on things I am going there to buy! Finally they are updating their aisle and trying to make it look better. It is still a HUGE work in progress

Probably one of the worst Kroger's we've shopped at. We recently moved to Acworth from Marietta and we were excited to buy a home within walking distance from Kroger and Publix. Unfortunately, after our first visit we noticed this Kroger wasn't to the caliber of the Kroger in Marietta that we visited several times a week. Now that we've been shopping here for a few months I can honestly say, it seems to be getting worse. Basic items are always out of stock and it's extremely frustrating to run up there with a list of 5 items only to find out that they're out of 3/4 of those few things you need to purchase. Just today we went for the chicken that was one sale, only to be told they've been out for weeks??? Sub par for most Kroger's but seems to be the norm at this one. I would certainly recommend shopping at the Publix across the street. Publix prices are higher but you don't have to worry about them being out of everything. Or not carrying the items that they send you coupons for! So frustrating!

This Kroger does not take digital coupons. Any coffee creamer is impossible to reach on the top shelf. The self check out attendant today went missing several times. He was not the usual attendant. I otherwise love the store's convenient location. I only use the self check out.

Went today customer service very very weird the young lady actually raised her voice at me. Calledt the manager to complain she did not care also told me that there was no need to get in touch with the general manager or corporate because the review will come back to her and she was not gonna do anything. This was over not giving a rain check for the Friday and Saturday special if they're out they do not do rain checks which I understand but they were very rude about it.

I hate the Kroger gas station card readers on the pumps. I always have a hard time with my credit cards. I even bought Kroger gift cards to buy my gas, and those cards don't work well. I wish Kroger would fix them. It's at all the Kroger gas stations.

Leslie in the floral department is great! I was in a panic over a boutonnière gone wrong and she saved the day!! She was kind, generous during her busiest time, and excellent at her job.
