I honestly want to give negative stars! My family has taken mowers here for 10 years. We recently took our zero turn for complete maintenance for summer. Tommy called me the next day stating it needed a new spindle. I ask him to do whatever it needed to be in perfect shape for the summer as we had taken time off & borrowed a trailer to get it there. Nearly $500.00 later our mower flew apart on the 2nd mow. Spindle came off, bearings out, belt off. We called & was told bring it back and IF it was something they did they would repair but if not, new charges. IF if had been completely checked & repaired correctly the 1st time this wouldn't have happened. Tommy's reply was, "Well things happen!" The work AND customer service here has gone to HELL!

This is the absolute best place to shop!! Their customer service outperforms anyone else I have ever encountered. This is true home town old fashioned “customer service” with a smile. I believe in my heart they go above and beyond to make people happy and satisfied with their shopping experience. If you need something and have any questions, they will absolutely help you. I can always find what I need, or get suggestions on what would help with my problem or projects. If you can find better people or better customer service……please let me know because I would have to see it to believe it. Ace hardware in Adairsville is the best!!!!

Staff was helpful and friendly. More stock in this store than several others I've been to. Told them they need a popcorn machine like the other store in Cartersville has!! Lol!!!

The service is absolutely terrible. I was told to ask this particular person for help and when I did he basically said he cannot help me and would not help me because he just repairs equipment I have never been treated that poorly and I will not go back again and I live less than a half a mile away but I will travel 3 miles to the next hardware store

The new location is much more convenient and easier/safer getting out of! The updated store format was a needed change from the old building north of town.

Mike of the lawn repair department told me that they would not have a diagnostic fee if I took my mower to them that has a warranty. They told me they would would get back with me the following week no one Ever did - weeks went by. Then when I called they put me on hold and took a lunch break! Then they told me to come pick it up without any explanation and said I would just have to come see it myself! I was told that they have no diagnostic fee yet now I amBeing told there is no diagnostic fee if the item that’s damaged has a warranty that they serve! Yet that’s not what they told me. I drove and hour to get it there and they pumped their cheesy and said I know all the people at brigs and Stratton I will make sure the warranty is covered ! Crazy party is the Motor is what is damaged! Yet they are saying the warrant isn’t cover because they believe me to be the one to cause the damage …. the mower didn’t even last a year. The people were extremely unorganized and dishonest! I’m not paying $25 I’m contacting corporate.

I shop at this place a lot. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. This place has many different items to choose from. Kinda like a one stop shop kinda. Recommend this place to anyone in the area needing supplies and not wanting to drive you far. The only down side here, is I buy play sand a lot. Here they leave it outside in the parking lot so the sand is exposed to the weather and turns to mud from all the rain. That's the only down side here.
