My water pump was leaking and had a small oil leak by the valve covers, so I showed up shortly after opening. They are an uptime center and looked pretty busy, but they got me in, took care of my water pump and oil leak under warranty and I asked them to do an overhead since they were already going to be in there. They informed me that they would have to let the truck cool down before the overhead but they could take care of it. So I stuck around, they did the overhead and got me out the door same day and as always they treated me right. The truck is running like a dream today. So thanks again to the team at Vanguard Adairsville GA.”

She is responsive and accommodating to the extent that its surprising that she remembers conversations; and proactively act upon them. For example, a couple of days ago. I called the store about exchanging a battery that was under warranty. We'll, as a result, when I went into the store two days later. She had the battery behind the counter waiting for me to pick it up. I was impressed by that extraordinary customer appreciation gesture. At the very least that was/is my perspective.
