Apparently, it’s the smallest size only for iced coffee who does that and they won’t let you leave the store with your coffee even if you want to buy it. Took my time making it into a large fountain drink size. I let them keep it!

Purchased gas with a car wash. Pump stated see cashier, so went into the store to get my car wash code. Gave me the wrong receipt with someone else's code so I had to back out of the car wash line. Since I was on a trip over the holidays, it was busy so proceeded to my destination. Thought since I would be back that way the next day, I would stop and get my code and have my car washed. They would not give me a code nor give me my money back. Couldn't obtain the code since it was not within the same 24-hour period. Horrible customer service. I will not give Buc-ee's any of my hard earned money again.

This location is very nice & clean! All Buc-ee's locations that I've experienced have been clean and the store is well-kept. The products are fresh and delectable! The prices are pretty fair. They sell clothing and other merchandise that is fun to frequent when traveling. I prefer Buc-ee's over Loves & Pilot, anyday!

Pro...We love Buc-ee's! Cleanest restroom, store is always stocked.
Con...Customers fault.
Why do people not understand that you do NOT leave your vehicle parked at the gas pumps and go shopping in the store???? Pump your gas and go park your vehicle in the parking lot so others can use the pumps! Also stop cutting the lines at check out!!!

We love Bucee’s! Make sure if you’re getting a car wash to pay at the pump, we missed out on the promo our first stop here because we paid directly at the wash.
Starr the manager is sweet and friendly and the staff is always helpful and kind. The brisket sandwich is worth the rage and all the snacks are delicious - warm pecans, beaver nuggets, and of course, the jerky!

Bucees never fails to amaze me. It's more than a gas station. They have great food and souvenirs. This is one of the many Bucees gas stations I've been to but they are all incredible. The bathrooms are huge but still somehow manage to stay clean.
The only problem with Buccees is that they are VERY crowed. I mean one person per square foot crowed. I know that's not Bucees fault but it can be frustrating when you're trying to move when you're stuck in a log jam of people. But honestly... the food and snacks are worth it.

We got gas at Buccees and chose the works car wash. The gas machine did not print out a receipt that we needed for the code to car wash. Went inside they printed us a receipt we told them it was not the correct one as it didn’t match my credit card number. They said it’s fine it would work. Got over to the car wash it did not work. Had to go back into the mess and busyness of buccees to talk to a manager. It took forever. The manager was so rude, but we were able to get the correct receipt. Do better!

Not sure how to describe. Perhaps just me but place is overcrowded, food is greasy and no place to seat and eat. Will not return.

Never been to Buc-eee,s before and let me tell you this gas station is cool. It's huge! A ton of gas pumps on the outside and on the inside a huge selection of food and drinks. They have a great merch section too. Bought 2 shirts
