Food Lion is a clean, cool, and well-organized grocery store with a great variety of produce, meat, and everything else. The staff are incredibly helpful and do their best to keep shelves well stocked. They offer great value, with good variety and great meat markdowns. However, they can be limited on specialty items. While the store is always clean and items are always priced, there are occasional issues like expired items. Some checkout people could use more training in customer service. Overall, it is a nice grocery with helpful staff and a useful app for saving money.
The produce manager went above and beyond yesterday. I ordered a fruit basket on instacart and they were out when the order was being picked up. Instead of canceling it, they took the time to make one fresh! It really made my Dad’s day for Father’s Day.

Was looking for Naturally Fresh dipping sauce in pints or O’Charleys but don’t carry it. Can’t find it anywhere only 2 I will eat.
