great gym, very friendly and tight knit. it has a pendulum squat machine which is not that common to find in large commercial gyms nowadays. good environment and great equipment and managers.

Excellent gym! A huge variety of workout equipment. Separate rooms for different types of training, sauna’s, outdoor training/boxing area, and clean restrooms and showers. Super friendly staff that will help you with anything. Definitely recommend this gym!
