“I messed up and didn't precool my trailer early enough cause I woke up late. Couldn't load until the next day. They got me in immediately the next morning, everyone was super pleasant to deal with both days. Loaded within an hour and still made my appt time at the dropoff. They close by 2:30. Must be 0° before loading, -10° before leaving w/ bills.”
