Broke down on the side of I-75 and had the car towed to this shop.The mechanic took the time to look at it and help us while already busy and about to close for a holiday weekend. He had the car fixed so fast and we were immediately able to get back on the road. Huge thank you to the staff here for their kindness.

We broke down on the side of I-75 and got towed to here. The mechanic here figured out that the coolant line snapped loose and fixed the issue in about 5 minutes. The staff here are incredible.

Value: The pricing was fair and competitive. I never felt like I was being upsold on unnecessary services. In fact, they even pointed out a few minor issues that could be addressed in the future, but didn’t pressure me to get them fixed right away.

Josh is a very skilled mechanic. He goes out of his way to help as many customers as possible. You may have to make a few trips, but it's to avoid jumping to conclusions and charging more than is necessary to keep you on the road. Highly recommend.

So far the services I have experienced are good. Oil changes, fixing on the car and they give me estimates on or about how much it's going to cost and sometimes it's a little bit cheaper (thank God for that).

This is definitely a 5 star shop! The whole team is knowledgeable, honest, fair and fast.I was an out of town traveler, called for a quote, and got a call back that day along with the offer to order the parts and schedule the repair for the next day. After dropping off my car, the shop stayed in touch with me the whole time and completed the job in a very timely manner, even going above and beyond to recommend and quote me for another job that would need to be done soon.I would highly recommend Cook County Automotive for all your car repairs and will use them in the future when I am back in the area!

I had an absolutely great experience with Cook County Automotive. I was in the process of moving and driving through Georgia when my car died. Cook County Automotive was recommended by several in the area. I brought my car in around 8:30 AM, and by 10 AM, they had replaced my alternator so that I could get back on the road.
