If I could give 0 stars I would, I came to this store to get a new line for international travel hearing good things about Verizon. When I got my bill I realized I was overcharged a crazy amount so I reviewed it, and the sales rep lied about promotions and added stuff to my account without my knowledge, on top of this she added an ENTIRE LINE. The customer service was absolutely horrendous.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service was horrible. I tried to set up two new lines only to find out the lady that helped me added three different numbers to my account. Have yet to receive a refund for this. Additionally she added a hotspot to each of my lines without even telling me. Overall this experience sucked, I should’ve just stayed with my previous service. Don’t recommend this store at all.

I’m 60 years old and would never-ever change my phone, if only they’d last forever. There is NO way I would attempt data transfer myself. Husband bought me a much needed new phone fr Verizon for Christmas. 4 months later I finally went to get help. My phone was a dinosaur and presented a few challenges but absolutely nothing Rachel couldn’t handle. She was so professional and knowledgeable and kind! We had such a great experience and thank Rachel so much for the incredible customer service! Pete and Ginger
