Advertises the lowest price in the neighborhood yet his pumps don't even work. People commented weeks ago that his pumps are not working and they still are not. He just wants people to go in there to buy everything else he has for sale in there

Charging 20% surcharge for gasoline. Gas pump so slow. Used card and started pumping while going to restroom. Bought a snack. Pump still working and less than a gallon had pumped.
