I went to Albany ,GA Aaron’s today for a washing machine and Dryer and the lady told me to sit down and do the application not one time did she come and check on us to see if we needed help then I asked her several times well can you show me what you have ? What’s available? She acted as if she was frustratedAnd annoyed and ignored us and was so dry and RUDE !!! We ended up leaving to got to Rent A Center to get Awsome help. 4/10 DONT RECOMMEND!!!!

They have poor customer service skills. I did my order online. The washer and dryer set I pick was not in the store, so I'm having to wait 5-7 days for it to be delivered to the store than delivered to me... I received a called about scheduling my delivery which was on a Friday. I go online and the status of my order is saying delivered, so I called the local store and was told that someone was peaking out the front door and there was a lot of commotion going on and when knocked on the door no one came. Ok, I am confused at this point because My daughter was at school, and my mom, my husband, and myself was the only people there and between the hours and 11-1. We was asleep. Then i asked can I come to the store and pick it up myself. I was told that they had to deliver it themselves, being I did my order online, so we rescheduled to have them re- delivery it again on that following Tuesday, between the times of 11 to 2. Tuesday comes and I called just to be sure they was coming. I called the first time and someone answered and hung up. I called back young lady answered and put me on hold and didn't come back. I hung up and called back she answered again and put me on hold for a few minutes and the Account Manager return to basically tell me, that they don't have me down to be delivered that Tuesday. I explained to her about the situation and told her I believe they went to the wrong house she said they did not, I asked if she was with the delivery people, she replied yes. She told me that they don't have me down for today , but she could reschedule me again to Saturday. I told her I didn't want to wait anymore, and I can't afford to pay them and go to the wash house every week, because someone didn't do their job by writing down my appointment. She told me she understand, and I replied No you don't baby and before I could say anything else she hung up on me. I called back no one would answer the phone. I called the head office to make a complaint. Someone took my complaint and told me the management would be calling me in 24 hours, and they will be the one to cancel my order and for me to ask about my refund of my deposit. I still have not received a called and they have tried to charge my card twice and I don't have no merchandise. I went on the website and chatted with someone and explain what happen and ask them to cancel my order and I was told I had to call the local store. I told them I haven't called back since the account manager hung up in my face. I got no response at first. I went back a couple days later and they cancel the order and told me management will still be getting in touch with me. I still haven't talk to anyone. So I suggest no one use Aaron's for your rent to own needs. Poor customer service and the head office don't seem to care about their customers either

Always inconsistent, but will make sure you’re not a day late on your payment. Waited until 20 minutes before the end of delivery time to say they weren’t coming because of the rain. It’s been raining all day, so why wait until now to call? On top of that, I called them 2 hours prior to say come to the back. They could’ve told me then. I took off of work to wait on them, only for them to say they’re coming tomorrow. Then he says I have to be the one home to sign the papers. No, I will not take off 2 days in a row. Really ridiculous. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The customer service at this store is beyond amazing. Mrs. Hugley and her associates go out of their way for customers. not to mention they all are very professional and overly helpful . Could not be more happier with my purchases and the store deals. If I could rate this store a 10 star I would . Thank you so much for your time and patience

I have been a customer from this location in Albany Ga almost two years now. I requested to have someone come out and fix the problem with my stove; however, I have been in contact with the new manager several time and the manager stated they would give me a call and get back to me on the situation. This is just poor customer service and this would have never happened with the old manager when he was running the store. Management needs to get better when it comes to satisfying the customers needs!!

Terrible location. I just moved to the area and has called several times to get the gm to call me back to transfer my account and to also add some bedroom furniture... still I have received no call and every time I call the GM is busy and they take my info and never call. Some Aarons locations are better than others and ran by professionals who put customer service first..not this one...it's a shame. I will be canceling all future Aaron's accounts...I pay too much to have these problems
