New employee does not pick up the phone ?. The service was good when the older man was working there. He is in the hospital and they have a woman working there instead. I think that he will retire because of his age. But I wish he would return. This is the second manager to retire. And I no longer get monthly paper statements in the mail ? either. Not good.

Every interaction I had with the owner was very welcoming. I called him at the last minute looking for a unit to store my stuff he stayed even though he said he was about to leave till I got there, which was very sweet if you ask me. By mistake I took his wire cuters lol he called me and ask i told him I was bringing them by and that was that. Would recommend to other people.

Sold my storage because they weren't logging my payments but was cashing the checks. STAY AWAY FROM ADDISON PROPERTY!!!! They don't care at all.
