The technician that worked on my vehicle were both above and beyond the kindest gentleman that you could ask for. Explained everything they were doing to me, and had the friendliest personality! I could not have went anywhere else for the kindness and help that I received from them!!!

Customer service is good and work was done efficiently / quickly. I do realize going in that they make their money by selling services but personally I do get tired of them constantly trying to up sell you stuff that you don't need.

I have used this location multiple times so far and I will continue to use them. The customer service is great and the young man I think his name is Leon provided great advice on maintaining my oil for longer usage of my vehicle. I have experienced nothing but great service from the Sylvester Rd location. They are always friendly, nice and go beyond. Especially when he was working alone on a Sunday!
