Got my phone checked to c if charger or phone. He hooked up phone to charger and it was that so happy, low cost fix but not there lol charger $30 um no. Anyway different employee was like u got other people first to guy helping me, I was like maโam I got appointment so really Iโm butt out. She was rude acting girl. I lost my android phone ๐คณ and visited the store. I purchased a new phone with Fingerhut but no SIM card ๐ was included. I was able to add my Wi-Fi password and credentials, thus ; resulting in me having access to the Internet. But I don't have a dial tone. That's why I visited the AT and T store in person. They installed a new SIM card free of charge and activate the phone ๐คณ with the same phone number. I inquired about the new IPHONE 16 Max Pro and got approved for financing after they did a credit check. I just had to pay for the sales tax which cannot be financed. I don't remember the exact cost of the IPHONE 16 Max Pro because of it being financed, sorry ๐. But I'm going to give this a 4 Star because I can't access my iCloud account and I have to go back to the store ๐ฌ for that. I know that I'm using the correct password ๐ because I have it written down. But I can't access iCloud on my computer ๐ฅ๏ธ either. Don't know what the problem is with iCloud so I have to use my Android phone to listen to music ๐ถ and have a music playlist. Basically, I would recommend iPhone 16 Max Pro as a hobby and not mandatory. I have a camcorder for ๐ฝ๏ธ ๐ฅ but a cellphone ๐ฑ is good for last minute video ๐ธ. Hopefully this helps ๐ค.

Companies have forgot about Customer Service.but yesterday at AT&T I met a great Customer service Rep. Mark who was knowledgeable and efficient. And introduced me to other great promotion deal they had going on. Thank you Mark OF ALBANY GA. I will never forget you. Mrs Castleberry
