TIA!!! You’re the best! My husband has been shopping at this location for years. We have seen the good and bad of the store as a whole the employees included. I must say Tia made this store amazing the help is awesome. I had an incident where LUIS sold my battery which is ours and paid for. Luis gave us the run away. We told Tia about the issue and she handled it with excellent customer service even due to my husband frustration TIA handled it amazingly my husband left happy and we willl always come to this location as long as Tia is store manager BECAUSE THE STORE ITS 5 ⭐ with her there. AUTO ZONE YOU MADE A GREAT PICK‼”

I am writing a compliment review on behalf
of Mr. LeConte Campbell he is an out
standing employee, very professional, kind
and knowledgeable.
On 06/28/26 I came into the
store (located in Albany Georgia on Dawson Road). I needed to purchase a car battery.
Mr. Campbell quickly realized I was in
distressed I needed help!.
My car stalled early in the day and I was
very upset. Mr. Campbell was patient as I
began to explain my dilemma. He
proceeded to show me options then
processed the transaction to purchase a car battery. I was escorted outside with a new
battery and a 4 year warranty.
He was very methodical as he proceeded to remove the battery and parts. I looked on
with caution ( past experience I had car
parts missing).
Mr. Campbell paid close
attention as he put the battery car parts
back together refusing to be distracted; then with confidence he said
“you can get back in your car and turn it on”.
Mr Campbell did such a fantastic job the car was so quiet I didn’t think it was on but low and behold the air conditioner and radio
Immediately came on. I felt relieved no
longer upset or worried. I am now a happy
customer.
When Mr Campbell started to walk back in. the store I quickly called out and said
“thank you Doctor now you can proceed with your next customer” JOB WELL DONE!!
Mr Campbell is a very special employee with a promising future wherever he does. Please show him some appreciation based on this review. I believe revenue will increase
significantly due to his expertise. I look
forward to sending my friends and family to AutoZone in the future.”

“I was driving from Atlanta and the Serpentine Belt on my BMW popped and shredded I was stuck in Albany confused on what to do, I could not find a mechanic so I decided to try myself at Autozone, I was there not to long trying to figure out how to do it, One of the workers named Fred came out to help me after I've been struggling, He showed me the correct parts I needed to complete my task and when the store was empty he came out to assist me and we quickly got the job done I've very grateful for his help and generosity without him I would be stranded.”
“My first expierience with this buisness was in 2023. My son had an issue with his stereo install. Took it here and the guy working looked at it, told us what was wrong and how to fix it and did not charge us anything. So in 2026 I wanted a spray in bed liner for my truck, remembering my past expirience, I took it here. The bedliner turned out great. I will contiue to use this buisness in the future.”
