I would recommend anybody to go here. Mark treated me with the upmost respect and made sure I was taken care of. They did everything they could to get me into the car that I wanted. I walked in looking for a 2019 charger but walked out with a 2023!!

I began my purchase experience online. After more than a week of cybershopping, I settled on 5-Star Albany Hyundai! The salesperson, Kiersten Williams, was super professional and committed throughout. She was supported by sales management--John Holloway--who went so far as to open up an hour early to accommodate our traveling schedule and did everything possible to ensure a smooth purchasing process. Finally, the out-the-door cost negotiating was the most efficient and virtually painfree I've ever experienced. Finance officer, Amir Carter, conducted what I consider the most difficult & taxing segment of the car buying experience flawlessly. He presented credibly and with across-the-board transparency throughout. Five Star Albany has "lifed" my opinion of car dealerships as a whole. As to my purchase: 2024 Hyandai Elantra Ltd. Purchased for 15-year-old grandson. This has got to be the SAFEST CAR available & perfect for teens & emerging learning drivers! It has every safety and protective feature one can think of! It not only checked all of my boxes, it also created its own boxes & checked them too!

WARNING: I am warning everyone it has been my experience this dealership apparently sells warranties that are not valid when it’s time to do repair. I paid in full for the extended warranty the day I bought a Ram 2500 in 2022 and earlier this year I received a letter stating I hadn’t been making monthly payments and my extended warranty was voided. I called the gm and he reassured me this was just an error and would get it taken care of. Fast forward to this week, while having the truck serviced they found drivetrain issues and I was told I no longer have a warranty. Again, I bought the truck and warranty in 2022 and still have multiple years and 45k miles left on the warranty I paid thousands for. Buyer beware. I am just getting started and will be making a lot of noise about this. Left another message for the gm 6 hours ago, no response. My truck is stuck at the dealership near me waiting for an answer to this.

Told it'll only be a thirty minute wait, been here for nearly four hours now. Horrible service, horrible nearly everything. The one good thing is the free water and coffee Wouldn't recommend the bathroom either, cheap toilet paper and paper towels, might as well dry your hands with construction paper and wipe yourself with pinter paper.

Service done RIGHT! hardtop was damaged during shipping, didn't notice until 2-3 days after purchasing the vehicle. Failure on my part for not noticing before taking ownership of the vehicle. That said, the service department replaced the top, no questions asked. If you read a bad comment about the service department, it's most likely the customer who was the issue. These guys in here want to make it right. Top notch!

Do not do business with this company. They lack integrity and are habitual liars. I bought a Dodge D2500 truck on line and have yet to receive the vehicles. Everyday it's a new excuse and the company fails to follow through. I am contacting Dodge corporate to inform them of the actions of this unreliable company

I had an appointment for 11:00 today. Brandon Mullins told me that it would be three hours for an oil change. He said he has people rotating out for lunch between 11 and 2. You would think that Bryan the reservationist would have told me I would have to wait for three hours. I drive an hour to get here. Then Brandon Mullins ask if I can take it to an Express Shop. So now you are telling me that you don't want to serve me. Wow, Wow, Wow! This is bad business and Brandon’s attitude was nasty. He said his manager was out due to surgery and will be back on Monday. I will speak to him on Monday and I am calling corporate. I thought this dealership was great. I’ve been here in the past. You will not talk to me nasty nor have an attitude and expect me to give you my money. No Sir. I left the dealership and this young lady called me back and asked if I was still in town. She asked me to return to the dealership. She had someone to complete my oil change. As I retuned, she was apologizing. Thank you to “T’ for saving the day. God Bless T”.
