Store manager was very rude and unprofessional. I’m a loyal customer and usually go to the AutoZone on HWY 19 but I was in that area on Dawson Road and the lady store manager Tia I believe was her name was so rude and racist towards me another employee had to check me out. I’m very disappointed in the way a store manager treats her customers like she did me!! 0 stars on my scoring!

Came in stayed in there a good minute NOBODY so we thought was in the store. The store manager came in after she was helping another customer told us it was ppl working in the store finally saw a guy josh he was really rude and unprofessional. To the store manager thank you for helping us and the customer you were helping that really meant a lot. Good customer service really is hard to come by these days

Friday at 4:45 pm, I came in to buy a Marine battery. No one looked at me when I walked in. Found the battery I wanted. Went up to counter to ask clerk for a cart so I could bring my core battery in. He stood there and looked around and told me that they didn't have any empty carts. I'm 70 years old. I said you mean I will have to carry my core battery in and carry my new battery out? He said yes. I told him that I would take my business to another Auto Zone.
I went to this store because I was across the road at Harbor Freight. Never again!
I went to the Auto Zone on US 19. They greeted me at the door. Put my new battery on the cart. Took it off at counter. Gave me the cart to bring in my core battery and then to take the new battery out. How it should be!

Went to the dawson road store today and was so pleased with my experience there!... The manager there was so helpful and had great customer service .. TOP NOTCH!

I had a great experience with the AutoZone on Dawson Road. They were very polite greeted me when I came in and help me right away the AutoZone in Lee County Wasn’t helpful at all when I walked in they asked me what did I need instead of greeting me when the associate needed help from another associate she yelled give me a second and never did anything so I decided to take my customer service somewhere else

Malijah OK, great customer service help me out the mechanic next-door would not totally amazing. This guy needs to be recognized. He definitely went above and beyond the scope of his duties. I cannot thank him enough.
