Do not rent cars smell terrible and are never ready on time and no compensation customer service is horrible and they also hold your deposit for an entire week after the car has been returned

Albany is the most unprofessional place, probably in the world. How are you going to leave your workplace at 5:15pm when the place closes at 6:00pm? Just nonsense. If you come to Albany from out of town, just be prepared to be inconvenienced at every turn.

I was called by an agent at the Albany Georgia Airport on Wednesday November 23rd to confirm my reservation on Nov 24th. Thanksgiving day. no one was here. I was stranded for over an hour and a half until my family picked me up. horrible customer service
