Had to search the whole store for an open register and then the cashier said I had to wait while she called the Belk card services for another customer.

Woman named “Adrian Jones” or something similar, created problems for two families, by not scanning all products purchased and so when we went out the door, the detector beeped. Get better employees belk.

Unfortunately I didn't find any shoes there. The selection for women was null, very disorganized, and the section near the women shoes had an unpleasant odor. I was not impressed at all. That's my second time entering g the store and it honestly seem like customer service has been depleted.

Prices are extremely high for what they're selling. Store overcrowded & not organized. Prices can say marked down but you don't see a difference bc it's still too high.

Without a doubt the most unprofessional staff, the woman in shoes was so rude about DOING HER JOB. She was clearly annoyed because I asked her to check on a curbside order. I will NEVER understand why people accept a job in customer service, and then have an attitude because they have to serve a customer. Clean toilets or something ffs. Belk has been in a steady decline for years and now I see why.

The one staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The store, however, looks like no one cares about organization, presentation or cleanliness. Boxes are strewn everywhere and it’s hard to find anything worth buying. It makes me wonder if they are about to close.
