bliss is usually on point , the atmosphere is great , I just don’t appreciate my nails being half done. I was still able to see my nail under the acrylic and I’ve NEVER had that as an experience , I let it go this time but Katie needs to do better. I still love the place , this just wasn’t their best work. Definitely not 79 dollars worth.

Horrible experience! I walked in asked for a French tip medium set and this is what I got. I got to the counter and they told me $75. I asked three times was he sure about the price because I thought maybe he said the wrong thing but nope this set was $75 and looks nothing like I wanted. I’m not one to complain so i told them they looked alright but to pay $75 for a short uneven set is crazyyy! The lady upfront was rude about my concerns but I definitely won’t be back here!

Soaked ah hour for a pedicure and no one could tell me how much longer it would take. Apparently they don’t care about appointments first.

I went and got an overlay by Michael on Sunday after thanksgiving . By Tuesday 3 of the overlay came off so I called and went back on Wednesday to michael to get it fixed so on Thursday 2 more popped off on the other hand so I just went on and took them all off bc ain’t no way bc I regularly go to AMERICAN NAILS AND MY OVERLAY LASTS A MONTH PLUS ! My overlay is $40 there and I payed $50 at bliss but never again bc I wasted my money ! Now I have none of them on

I fly from Atlanta monthly to get my nails done by Britt. All hits no misses! Britt always does the super thin acrylic, just the way that I like it! She gets my almonds and my coffins sharp with a feminine flare. She kills the trendy complex styles and even the simple designs. I also love how when she does my diamonds they’re actually shiny and sparkle and don’t look melted down to my fingers. Definitely Book Britt if you like elegant, classy, clean sets. She literally does Atlanta level nails better than the people in Atlanta. Love her work

Not healthy procedures ie no plastic on foot bath, ask for nails to be done didn’t get off the phone to do them and HIGHLY overpriced for the subpar service. Please don’t waste your hard earned money.

Just moved to town and was looking for a good pedicure, bliss had the best reviews. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and put in a chair. They started right away and he did a great job.

Deluxe pedi was amazing the foot massage and the leg rubs with the warm towel and hint of peppermint were everything!
Cleanliness: Very clean and pleasant smelling . Didn’t smell like feet or acrylic so that was a plus

First time visiting BLiss. Go check-out Shay ya'LL. She understood the assignment for sure. I was very pleased with her professionalism, friendliness, skills, and final results with my nails. I requested a french tip, and I provided pictures to Jessica. However, the nails she did on me do not reflect the picture that I provided. Jessica was very distracting with answering the phone and settling other customers. I understand that she is the manager, but she was not paying full attention to my nails. Therefore my nails are very sloppy and do not look like my picture. I told her that I'm not very happy with my nails. I told her that I did not have time to wait any longer as I've been there for two hours. I told her I will come back today. When I called the nail salon this morning, another person answered the phone. I told her I was not happy with my nails and I'm coming today to get them fixed. However, she responded that I said that I will not come back today. This is a complete lie. Not only is this nail salon, dishonest but they do not take pride in their work. I will escalate this issue with my credit card company and a Better Business Bureau.
