I went to the drive thru and ordered the pam's parm caesar wrap without tomatoes. This heavy set white chic toke my order. So as I get down the road something said check your wrap so I did and guess what tomatoes on it. I can't eat tomatoes so I went back and spoke with the assistant manger Tieria and told what happen so they remade it and I said let me check it so it was right. My wrap was broken all up it was wet as well so I asked for the General Manger which is Tiara she came to the window saying she made it and it wasn't broken I said I didn't did it. It make me feel like they did it on purpose because they had to remake my order. That's not my fault because your cahier not listen to the customer and they wasn't busy. I had to give a star because it want let you post without it. This meal was a waste of my money so the trash it went. Cant eat a broken and wet wrap I didn't it until I got home to eat it. They got me but it want happen again. I WANT BE BACK EVER AGAIN. I can't spend money with a business like this.

Wonderful place for a lunch gathering!! Very nice and kind employees, food was on time and little high on prices.

I went through the drive thru, ordered soup and sandwich. Only to find the end of a finger of a plastic glove. I felt sick. Don’t think I can go back.

Took my mom here last night at 6:20 we placed our food and drink order. I asked if we could have our cups for our drinks and she said we would have to order drinks it doesn’t come with the meal! We did but she heard what she wanted to hear. I go around the corner to get us some tea and there is not any so I go the front and ask for Tea, she takes our cups and then tells me that they have already poured the tea out for the night. Then she says she’s not sure why they did that. When we get ready to leave the trash bins are already pulled out too with no bags. It’s only 6:20 why start pulling out and pouring stuff out and you don’t close till 8?!

The employees had everything pretty much shutdown at 630. They poured the tea out. The lady behind the counter was rude.Parking: It's usually good parking until they are busy.

I usually like to go to this place. I think it’s unique and I like the different flavors and options they have for food. However, I don’t think I would get a salad from them again. The first time I got a salad, it was really good but some of the lettuce leaves were wilting. Well, this is the second time I got a salad and I asked the girl if they could make sure they check if the lettuce is wilting and spoiling to make sure I don’t receive it again like before. The girl at the drive thru said yes. So, after I got back to work from my break to eat the salad, I still saw wilting lettuce. This time a lot more than the first time I got a salad from them. Probably half of my salad was gone because it wasn’t checked as the girl said it would. I’m disappointed. I don’t think I would get a salad from them again. Everything else, yes. Salad no. Other than that, it’s a great establishment and I enjoy eating there.

The drive through window needs it's own personnel. I waited 15 minutes after getting my drink because they were waiting on people at tables inside. Hire more people so that the window doesn't have to wait so long. Food was good, but croissant was hard, and the girl at the window was wonderful. I just felt bad for her because she was slammed.

The young women in this store in Albany Georgia sucks, Makay and one other girl attitudes are terrible, they seem not to be familiar with the product they sell, Yes I told them all they got attitude problems which of course they defected not wanting to take responsibility... hopefully they will see that it's important to treat customers with respect!

Was in town with my mom to take her to an appointment. She had to pick up some items from a store in the same plaza as Chicken Salad Chick, and we decided to grab some to-go orders. Both my mother and I ordered the Cranberry Kelli with broccoli salad; my mom also ordered the pimento cheese; my husband had the Buffalo Barclay (two scoops) and the pasta salad. My husband enjoyed his meal (he took care of business before I could get a photo, lol)! My mom enjoyed her meal (I gave her my broccoli salad; for my salad, I forgot to ask them if I could get it without the bacon bits sprinkled on top :o). In any case, to me, the chicken salad was good, but definitely not close to the best chicken salad I've had. So, not a gigantic fan of the cranberry kelli. However, I can tell you that the pimento cheese, which my mom shared with me, was delish. Note, we both had leftovers. I do plan to return to this place, to simply try some of the other flavors - and because I am a fan of "soups and salads." I am now also a fan of the pimento cheese. Conveniently, different types of salads can be picked up from the "Quick Chick" cooler (pre-packaged items) which saves time from ordering and waiting. Good customer service by the way.

I love this place, but today was bad all around!! I ordered classic spring salad with a scoop of sassy Scotty. I had to wait way longer than i should have. The person preparing my salad was socializing in the restaurant. I order no tomato, they added tomato and left off cucumber. Then I start to eat my salad and I had the whole knot end of a dead of lettuce on my bowl. I am so so disappointed.

If you order, always check it before you leave the store! You don’t want to drive all the way back to get the part of your order left off like I had to do, even though it was marked off as being there!
