Got seated fast, but downhill from there. Took our order, had to ask them to bring the chips and salsa as they were chatting with their coworkers. Then had no refills the entire time. No straws. When our food was brought out, told the guy that we both had a side of fries. He brought back one side of fries, had to tell him a THIRD time that we had another side of fries. Ketchup was empty, all around just horrible. Don't think we'll ever go back.

I came in here on 3/10/24 for dinner with the family and I must admit that the service was horrible. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was busy but the service never improved. The waitress never took our drink orders, the person who seated us ended up taken our order after being seated for 15 minutes. I ordered the fajita trio but didn’t receive any tortillas/guacamole/salsa/sour cream. My philosophy is, when there’s bad customer service, there’s bad food!! And the food was disgusting. I tried to eat it but couldn’t. Btw my wife had to get up to get plastic silverware bc none was brought to the table. So all in all it was a bad experience. I won’t come back. But I really hope they improve their food and service.

My biggest issue was that our food was cold when it came out. Service was a little slow as well so I was nervous that if I sent my food back, it would take too long to come back out.

The service was awful asked for a spoon took the whole time we were there to get one took the 30 minutes for one drink and another 20 minutes for some chicken tenders like and it wasn't even that busy was not worth 150$

Yesterday, I arrived at Chili’s at 8pm to put myself on the wait list.The waiter informed me that it would be 20-30 mins. It was after 30 mins and I still didn’t receive a phone call from the waiter so I decided to check in and see what was the hold up bc I seen people leaving constantly. when I checked in the host was running her mouth to another employee and I asked about my reservation on the wait list and she told me that “I should’ve been sat down let me get you seated now.” After she sat us down, we waited an additional 15 minutes before I had to FLAG a waiter down to see what the hold up was again. This waiter was not assigned to our table. she informed us that she was gonna check and see who was assigned. When she came back she informed us that it wasn’t her but she took our order instead. I asked for a manager and was told that there was no one I could talk to because everyone was in the back cooking. I was also told that the manager on duty had been blowing other customers off all night. The soda machine was working incorrectly and the manager refused to address the situation to other customers. After she took our order it was 15 minutes before drinks came out but not ALL drinks, one of our drinks did not come out from the bar at the same time. it came out 15 minutes later. five minutes after the last drink came out they brought our food. the manager also came out at the time who was pregnant, I didn’t want to give her a hard time. however I informed her how we were treated and how poor the service was. When I received my shrimp pasta, it was POORLY seasoned. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to send it back and once I sent it back it was out under five minutes because they were very close to closing. It was exceptional after i sent it back but it should’ve been that from the beginning. I had a terrible time at this chili’s in Albany, GA. I will not be returning. We did not leave until 10pm (the time they closed) and I am still not satisfied with the “accommodation” the manager gave us. However the waiter (I did not catch her name) and I’m assuming the main chef, TWAN, made sure that my food and service was good despite everything else that happened. They should not be faulted because of the horrible management at Chilis.

Waited 5 minutes to be seated (no one ahead of us.) Got our drinks then sat there for 15 minutes. Poor service when building is hardly busy

GREAT Location On Ledo Rd. IN Albany, Ga. Very Clean-Inside & Out. Everyone Was So Plesant & Friendly - Greeted You & Wanted To Know If They Could Help You. The Hostess As You Entered Very Friendly & Hospitable, Directed Me To The "To Go" Corner To Place My Order. The Bartender Spoke As Well, BUT Ms. Paris @ The Counter Was Just A Doll - So Sweet, Friendly, Professional & Very Helpful As I Placed My Order As Well As The Mgr. Who Helped W/The "FREE APPETIZER" W/Entree Offer I Had - Thanks! Ms. Paris, I Could See In The Kitchen Area Fixing & Packing My Order W/Such Care. "AWESOME EMPLOYEE"!My Husband Had Just Delivered Right Down The Street, We Parked @ Wal-Mart Next Door, I Walked Over & We Split The "MOST ENJOYABLE" Meal We Have Had In Quiet Some Time - THANK-YOU! This was my first time. The food was delicious. I had the 3 for me drink, dip trio and the steak strips with black beans and rice) and my husband had the Santa fe burger. Our server was very friendly but didn't keep our tea full.
