I shop here often and usually have a pleasant experience. However, when I visited today, the manager on duty—a female with braids—had a very bad attitude. We picked up a pair of shorts that had a sale tag stating $29.98, but she told us they were ringing up as $44.99 and that she would not honor the price. Needless to say, I had a lot of items in my hands that I intended to purchase, but I put them back due to her attitude and the store’s refusal to honor the marked price. I won’t be back.

I have called the location about 5 times to check on the availability of a shoe. Nobody has answered the phone. It is during store hours as well. This is bad business and I don't recommend this location for good customer service to anyone.

I came to purchase items and they ignored me at the counter for 10 minutes them told me to go to another register and they had me wait another 8 minutes while she was on her phone like I wasn't standing there to purchase my items then a lady walk up with a shoe and thwy ignored me and helped her and checked her out so I just walked out the store with no items because they didn't wanna check me out. They are rude and clearly don't want to make no money because I was at least spending over 200 and now I am going to another store since they didn't wanna help me like I didn't have alot of stuff to ring up. The whole staff should be fired and it's Christmas time I'm disappointed in this store lack of help

I had a great experience with the City Gear S. Slappey location. They had a pair of shoes I wanted and ordered the other pair they didn’t have. Great customer service and will shop here again!

I bought a pair of Nike Air Jordans the Jumpman I tried the left shoe on in the store when I got home it was two left shoes in the Box I can't get my money back or get another pair size 10
