You want to get healthy and in shape, then this is the spot! The trainers are amazing, and really care about helping you at whatever stage your at. I'm incredibly out of shape and was embarrassed to come, but they made me feel really comfortable to be there!

At first, I was hesitant about trying CrossFit. I've never really exercised but had a membership to the YMCA. I kinda just wandered around and tried various machines and ran on the treadmill. After searching the web and reading reviews I saw CrossFit dreadnought was the place I wanted to be. I've been there almost a month now and have not regretted the decision. The coaches are excellent. They both have the heart of a teacher and guide you through any part of the workout you have questions about.

Paige and Allen are excellent coaches... They help each of us personalize our workouts to meet our individual needs and best level of ability. They are motivating, encouraging, and have created a safe environment for those of us who are not super-athletes to work out WITH super-athletes, with no embarrassment and lots of support. I like the Dreadnought family... I lovingly think of this as Crossfit for Real People.
