Westover location seems to be consistently under staffed and bad attitudes for pharmacy check out. But there is one Black young man (Kaleb, I think??), that is very proficient and has a congenital attitude toward all customers. Yesterday I saw him handle 4 pharmacy check outs with speed, accuracy and professionalism. He is outstanding!!!

I went to CVS to pick up my prescription. I waited in line for my prescription. As normal. I didn't realize that someone else's medicine was in the bag. Hopefully I can get someone to call me back. I hate Robo calls

The worst customer service I have experienced in ages. There was a customer ahead of us in line at the pharmacy that was allowed to sit there for at least 25-30 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. I called inside the store to notify someone/anyone that other customers were back up into the highway. The girl who answered told me they were waiting for a pharmacist to get off the phone, have a good day, then hung up on me!!! I have always been told to go to the back of the line if my prescription was not ready so why was their favoritism with this particular customer?? Sounds like there was a case of PREJUDICE here.

I hate leaving bad reviews and I hate taking my business out of Albany because we live here and my husband works here but I’m done with this CVS. I should have long ago been done. We have to go to CVS because of our health insurance . They are constantly losing prescriptions the dr send in , telling me I have no refills when I have two prescriptions for the same thing on hold , on several occasions in mine , my husbands and daughters prescriptions had pills that didn’t belong. One was a heart medication and one and anti biotic and I don’t remember the 3rd. I went the first time to the pharmacy about it . I was told if I wanted to bring the extra pills I was given they can dispose of them. Absolutely zero concern whatsoever that my daughter’s prescription had heart pills in it . I didn’t bother going the other 2 times because of that. That was in the past several years though and hasn’t happened in a year or two. I vigilantly check now . It’s just constant screw ups there . The pharmacists and many of the pharmacy staff are very good . Let’s not even talk about trying to shop there . If a register is even open the line is long and the self checkouts constantly screw up . Me and someone else waited and waited while the cashier ignored us then finally went over there. She canceled my transaction and said she would do it at the register . Rang up someone who came after me first and I left my purchase there. I had that the horrid customer service of some there ruin the good employees . It has to come down to management though and I’ve never seen a more poorly managed one and I’ve been to some very run down ones . This CVS hands down is the worst one I’ve ever been to or dealt with. It’s sad because the one where we moved form 5 years ago was amazing . I hate to go to a business in Leesburg if there is an Albany location because I like to keep my money in Albany to benefit my city and this is the first time I have had to . Otherwise I would have left way before now. Also this one is literaly by my house . The other one is 15 minutes away .Honestly they should close this one and start over .

It would be great if they got to work on time! Today is Sunday and they open @ 10 but I had to wait until almost 10:30 to get my script they got there about 10:10 and then I had to wait until computer booted up. People use to get fired for walking the clock!

I always love shopping at this particular CVS. My dad is in an assisted living center nearby and I go here to get supplies for him. They always gave what he needs in stock. The staff greats me, asks if I need any help, and the checkout is fast and easy. I live in the ATL area and this CVS in Albany is hands down so much better than those I shop at in ATL.

I am new to the area….called to get the status on some prescriptions and oh my….The Attitude that Ms. April displayed was not one of the Southern hospitality and Non to be desired!!!! Short and Rude to say the least! She definitely needs some customer service training if she had it, she needs more!!!

have never seen an entire group of people in a pharmacy with such a complete lack of consideration for a fellow human being ... refused to provide EMERGENCY meds while I was traveling although I already have the same prescription in my home town with another CVS ... they knew I needed the medication and that I was entitled to additional medication but they forced me to call a virtual physician for a completely new prescription and wait overnight ... MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, my a**
