I ran by the Westover location today to pick up a particular product and couldn't find it in the store. Brandon was nearby, so I asked him to assist. He went out of his way to walk me to it and had a smile on his face at all times. He made me feel like he actually cared. I asked his name so I could acknowledge his kindess! Great employee!

I made an appointment for a vaccine at 10 am. I arrived at 9:40 and even though there were no customers it is 10:35 and I am still waiting. Avoid this location by all costs appointments dont matter since they don't try to run on time in the slightest. They refuse to even tell me wha is taling so long only saying she will be with me.

Want drugs? They got em! But unless you are buying the over-the-counter type of drugs, you better have a prescription! And if drugs aren't what you are looking for, the place many other different groceries, personal care items, gift supplies, among others to choose from. And as a bonus, you get long enough to reach your house, so you can follow it back when you run out of stuff!

I would like to acknowledge Khang and Amber in the Pharmacy department. They went above and beyond to make me feel they cared about my health and that I wasn’t just another Rx to fill. Caleb is the Pharmacy Manager he rocks it too. ?

Until Friday October 6, 2023, I never had a problem until I went to pick up a new prescription. I went through the drive thru. The woman with the braids was so rude. If a person asks you a question and you have to snap at them then you need a new job. I don't believe she was a pharmacist. I hope not. She felt she could do that to me because I was in my car. Due to my maturity I didn't curse her out or act stupid like her. I'll say this: we are the same race and like so many of my people we fuss at each other and grin at every one else. Due to her negativity I will be change to get my prescriptions else where and stop shopping there. And as you can see negative experiences spread like wild fire.

Busy but great service the staff Is so polite and helpful. Amazing team the pharmacy is such a great team working so hard. They are all so amazing at what they do. Thank you for being so welcoming to new people in the area.

I would leave negative stars if I could. We are changing from this pharmacy and never looking back. Always rude employees acting like you are bothering them. Today I went to get my daughter's prescriptions filled. Two prescriptions. They give me one. Ummm excuse me, there is two actually. That's after I've waited twenty minutes for the first. Okay, mistakes happen I'll be patient. I waited thirty minutes for the second prescription. Okay. Get home to give my daughter her medicine. She has strep throat. Her doctor prescribed amoxicillin. I have four bottles of it in powder form. What do I do with this!?! I search the paperwork for directions. Nothing telling me how to mix it. Everything is referring to it as a liquid. I try to call and they are closed for lunch. Nice. Good job guys. How many people have you messed up their medicine? Prescriptions are serious. Please please please do better.

CVS pharmacy doesn't help people with eye diseases or disabilities..everyone can't access the website because they can't see or vision is very poor. I was trying to get CVS to mail my eyedrop but no help.
