I took a tux with a stain in it that I was told from Villager Cleaners it couldn't come out. I told the staff Im in a wedding and that I need this stain out and they got it out! I recommend this cleaner everyone up there was professional and I had a great experience this was my first time using them and I will continue to use them! They're 5 star in my book.

Unfortunately my first experience at a dry cleaner was not very good! I walked in to inquire about the price of pressing my husband suit. I had 4 pieces including the shirt so I asked about the price for a 4 piece suit. Ms. Gloria proceeded to tell me “it ain’t no thang as a 4 piece suit” so I told her well please educate me on what to inquire about as I initially told her this was my first time every coming to a dry cleaner. Also when I first asked she immediately told me “Friday after 5” so I said if I need it before, then what? She says “oh it’s an upcharge, and it’s whatever they charge” the encounter left a bad impression on the business so I gathered my items and she all of a sudden stated “we can do it” I said no thanks. I’ll take my money where I feel like it’ll be appreciated. Went right over to Villager Cleaners and was met by friendly smiling faces and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and my items will be ready by 4 PM TOMORROW! To Ms.Gloria, you may know how to dry clean but you don’t have any customer service skills and in 2025, it’s a very important skill to have because I’m not just spending my money with just ANYBODY! I work too hard and I show respect!!!! I will NEVER come here again and I definitely won’t recommend my friends or family to go here either!!!!

They completely messed up my NEW dress shirt. It came back stained in various places that was NOT there prior to being brought in. I’d advise others to avoid this place if they value their clothing.

This is over 3 weeks of chaos
I came in last week with two army uniform tops, I was very very specific before I dropped it off to make sure yall were able to do the alteration. And dry cleaning.
I needed one top, the patches on that top moved identically to the new top .
And to be identical, Velcro removed patches sewed into their spot.
Identical to the original top. Cut and paste.
Came picked up today not only was it over $100 not disclosed
The patches were NOT in the same spot. One was placed like a diamond…
The patches were showing the thread and not cut back.
The Velcro stayed.
When I asked it they can do this, she said yes. If you can’t say so. This is a uniform, if you do not have the ability to do it leave it alone.
So when my husband who wears the uniform comes back, with them in hand. The lady who didn’t take the order argues with him.
All he wanted was it to be fixed but the lady is on a cruise?
Or refund the money for the patches so he can get this fixed asap somewhere else.
Again it’s a uniform not a regular dress shirt.
Looks like she took of the patches and didn’t recall where they went and just did whatever
A quick google search or phone call would have fixed this.
3 weeks total, come back for pick up, and it’s still a mess. No refund. Had to go elsewhere.

I have taken my King Comforters in for cleaning several times. They have a SPECIAL PRICE of $13.00 If you PRE-Pay for the cleaning & Extra $1.00 for the Fabric Spray (I wish someone told me about the spray a year ago tho) & you usually can pick up the next day!!! I love Eagle Cleaners!!!! I relocated to Albany a little over 2 years ago and searched for a dry cleaners immediately. From day one they have been friendly, professional, and have some of the best prices. Now when I drop off and pick up, the staff know me by name and always have a warm smile for me.
